It is a good place. it is quiet, even for being next to a major road. locationis good for walking around and food. the thing i hated most was the internet connection. i was there for 4 days and maybe connected for about 15 min total. the only place i could find a secure and consistant signal was the little eating area next to the main desk.

This motel is used because of its location. However, it seems as though there has been a change in management, and the place is now better run. Its price has gone up significantly also. Thia may be due to general price increases, though it seems to be larger than that. Until another motel gets built in the area, we will probably continue to use it, however.

I liked the suite that we were able to upgrade to. The children that were placed in the room on the 2nd floor right above us that ran around the room all night long! We were happy with the upgrade to the suite. What upset us most, was the motel put people with small children on the 2nd floor, that kept running around from 9 pm til 2 am, then it started again before 6 am the next morning. We informed the management, and it stopped for 5 min. This was the whole weekend.

The Days Inn in Rio Rancho was very convenient to everything. Albertson's & Target. We choose it for the vincinty of my brother's home. Very easy to come into the place and to exit. Casinos are just minutes away. I would recommend staying here. AND, waffles for breakfast. YUMMY!

The pool was nice. Our room was not as clean as I expect a room to be, hairs and soap in the shower. The hotel needs to work on cleaning the rooms better. Not enough seating in the breakfast area. Two waffle makers would be better.

I found this hotel very clean, the hotel staff was very friendly, they even checked each day to see if you wanted maid service. The continental breakfast was good and it was close to shopping and food service. My only negative comment would be the lighting in the Bathroom could have been brighter.

The room was comfortable. My Daughter got a yeast infection from the dirty hot tub. It was never cleaned the entire time we were there. Generally nice rooms. There was some quibble about getting a room with the microwave and fridge at check in. The hot tub was very dirty and never cleaned during our stay there for four days. One day they gave us pool towels in stead of room towels. Staff was friendly, but spoke very little English.

Days Inn Rio Rancho was just what we were looking for: A courteous and helpful staff, clean rooms with desk, small fridge, and microwave, all at an affordable price. The fact that there was also a complementary continental breakfast and small swimming pool and spa made the stay that much nicer.

Nice room with lots of extras (Microwave, refrigerator). Carpet was still a little dirty. Hotel was new with nice rooms, a nice pool, staff were friendly.

Reasonable rates, comfortable, good amenities. Breakfast was totally unacceptable. There were only 2 shortcomings: There were no wash cloths in the room and the breakfast was just bad. The young man who was tending the breakfast seemed totally disinterested and unconcerned about the service. There were people there with children with very little to feed them. The hotel facilities and most of the staff were excellent. We would stay there again.

Our bed was comfortable and the pool was nice. Breakfast was bad and the staff was not helpful and no toiletries. The bed was comfortable and our room was nice expect for the toilet which was very loose. The pool was nice and close to our room, but the breakfast did not have any orange juice for the whole three days we were there. They offer any toiletries you might need, but when I asked for a tooth brush, they said they didn't have any, so I asked what do you have and they said we have toothbrushes and toothpaste, but we are out and have no idea when we will ever get any. They are right next door to a Target and a market.

Heater worked well. Parking was very crowded and inconvenient. Basically, I'll never return to it or recommend it to anyone else.

I had no problems with the hotel itself. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Parking close to room was terrible. Had to park across the parking lot.

We were not able to use the reservation as we had a blizzard here in Colorado Springs the day we were to leave for Albuquerque and unfortunately your policy is no refund if cancelled less than 48 hours from the date of the reservation. We could not possibly have made it to Albuquerque.
