The carpet in the office was filthy which didn't make for a good first impression. The lady and gentleman that checked us in were friendly enough, but not too concerned with reports of uncleanliness. Soap bar from the previous patrons was still on the tub. We slept with our socks on as we didn't feel comfortable. The last morning there the bottom sheet had pulled up from the side of the mattress. You would not want to know what was down the side of the mattress. I couldn't even look at it without getting sick. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on it. IF the place was clean it would be an ok room. We will not be staying there again, and I would not recommend it unless it improved greatly.

The lobby staff was wonderful.

The good-Close to University. About 2-3 minute walk to campus. The bad. Tiny choice for breakfast. Unchanged beds from day to day. Dirty room. (somebody else's) stain on toilet seat. YUCK!

The staff was friendly, prompt, and helpful. This motel is great for families! The parking lot was icy and bumpy when you entered from the street, due to ice. This motel is a very family friendly. It has a great pool area with hot tub. The breakfast area is large and open. We stayed three nights, were very happy.

We had to be moved three times because the rooms stank of smoke or just musty. the maids didn't vacuum completely, the breakfast is a full joke! Don't bother! The rooms are ramshackle!

Close to BYU-I campus. No parking due to snow. Trying to figure something out, but have snow every year. Ran out of breakfast food. There were not enough parking spaces available for everyone staying at the hotel. I had to park in the entry to parking lot. I also forgot my cell phone charger in room on nightstand next to bed. Front desk employee did not offer to check room only said it had not been turned in, even though i told him it was plugged in behind the night stand. Said he would call if they found it, but did not take my name.

They were honest and trying to make it enjoyable. Needs renovating. The complimentary breakfast was very scanty. Toast, juice, small boxed donuts.

It was a good price for the accommodations. Not very update. It worked fine since I didn't plan to be there much. Would probably stay there again if only to sleep but not if I planned to relax at the hotel.

Had a hairdryer and ironing board and iron. No refrigerator or microwave. It was another hotel with a clean room and convenient location. It served my purposes.

Clean, friendly staff. Needs better maintenance: 2 broken lamp switches, sink plumbing hot/cold reversed, dirty air filter on A/C. This would be a good one-star economy hotel where expectations are minimal. Although it was clean and the staff friendly, the hotel obviously cut corners on maintenance and decor.

Lots of pillows, bedding was clean. Breakfast nook too small! I would only recommend staying at this hotel if you are trying to find a cheap clean place to stay. Nothing fun about it, pool only fun if its hot which is only during two months.

The price was right. The room was freezing. Did not turn on heater before arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, once the heater had a chance to warm it up (about 3 hours later). The daylight breakfast was the skimpiest I have ever seen, plus no place to sit. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, if all you want is a place to sleep.

The location was very good. The breakfast area was too crowded. We enjoyed staying there and had a good experience.

Friendly staff. Run down and dirty! Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I had to shower after I left to feel normal again.

Nice and warm. Cont. Breakfast could have more room. Very friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were good, clean and had good facilities. We stayed for 2 day. Problem was the room walls are very thin and we could hear so much noise. Couldn't sleep both days. The pool was clean. The air conditioning was broken and then didn't have another place for us to go. The staff was friendly and the pool was clean however the location was hard to find and there was nothing around it.

Large room. The staff. There was construction on the road in front of the hotel, making it a little difficult to reach. Two different members of the hotel staff told me they could move a microwave to my room. They couldn't and didn't. They messed up my reservation and created confusion in their staff and with me. I will not stay at this hotel again even though I travel to this town annually.

It was very quite. Breakfast was very boring no good. I would probably stay there again just for the price.

Not as expensive as other motels in area. Carpet was dirty, sink plunger didn't work, slide chain lock broken. Our first impression was based upon the dirty carpet and having to try to get the stopper out of the sink. Wouldn't have been a bad motel if not for those conditions.
