I made a mistake when booking and ended up in a smoking room. The morel was very booked and we could not move into no-smoking.

Not convenient. It had dogs in the room across from us that barked all morning. Children screaming. The people next to us got up at 4am and were constantly yelling. I would not ever stay there again.

Room was only passable. Knobs had been removed from airconditioning so no adjustment could be made. Towels were actually translucent they were so thin. Breakfast was a joke. We checked out sooner than we had planned.

The shower was hot! The carpet was damp and musty and we did not want to walk on it barefoot. The hotel has nice curb appeal as you drove up. Unfortunately, as you drove to the back, where our room was, it was not appealing. The room itself was disappointing; the carpet was damp and musty and we didn't even want to walk on it barefoot. The bathroom toilet would periodically (all night long) go through a recycling, which was loud and very annoying. We did not rest well and will not stay at this hotel (and will not recommend) again.

I made reservations for this hotel online, at the last minute before departure. We arrived at this hotel after three hours on the road, at 2:30 a.m. As I entered the room, I noticed an odor that smelled like dirty, old feet. I turned on the a/c to circulate the air and went into the bathroom where I noticed 4 large dead bugs. My husband was ready to get into bed when I told him to wait. I took off the bedspread where I found a live bedbug. I then took the blanket and top shee off and notice three live bedbugs and one dead one. Needless to say we immediately left. I wasn't able to get a refund that night as the girl did not know how to do the transaction. The next morning I called the hotel and the lady very rudely told me that the matter has been taken care of and then hung up on me.Days Inn will never have my business again!

Desk clerk friendly and helpful. Small tile grout in shower dirty, sink counter shoddy. Looks cute in picture on website but not really a very nice mote.

Friendly staff. I was very uneasy about the location. It is RIGHT next to a correctional facility. This hotel is located next to a correctional facility! I would have expected inner corridors as a safety measure, this was not the case. The grounds were nicely kept. The room was extremely small but clean. The bed was very hard. The worst I've ever slept on. The continental breakfast was skimpy. The pool and whirlpool were clean, but were located in a separate building. It was not a big deal as it is summer, but in the winter it would be terrible to have to go outside to get to your room. If I had known any of these features, I would not have chosen this particular hotel.
