Good food at the restaurant. Placed downtown. In a not-so-good part of town, had to pay to use the PC, staff was not too friendly. Room was nice, though you had to phone down for a hair dryer and iron. The room was clean enough, but there was a used facecloth left in the bathroom shower. Parking was free but I didn't feel like my vehicle was completely safe in the parking lot.

Location, room, bath. Wire- less Internet out of order. It was out both I stayed.

The man at the counter in the daytime. The area is not safe. There were drug busts, drunker asking for money, cars being broken into. I would not go out after dark to get to my car alone. We found a much better place to stay. Downtown Prince George is not a safe place.

The room was in good shape. Construction is not yet complete at this hotel. This hotel does not yet have a working operational pool, waterslide, or fitness area. The rooms are new and clean.

Friendly helpful staff. No continental breakfast. It's in a great location with good service and friendly staff. It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee or something of that nature but it was overall an enjoyable stay.
