Negative: There were ants in the room. The food for the continental breakfast was always gone and it took a while before there was more food brought out on the trays. Positive: There was a mini fridge in the room which was very useful!

Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Layout of room was poor - not enough room to get past bed to other side. TV stand was in the way almost had to walk on the bed. TV was not digital.

The Days Inn Portland South (Clackamas)Oregon was a good value. Conveniently located near Clackamas Town Center a large mall. Walking distance to many things. The room was clean and comfortable. Double windows, so it is quite inside even thought it is close to the freeway and a Hospital. The parking is covenient to access from the elevator. Storage is limited the room does not have a closet.

Staff was helpful. I could still smell that the rooms had been smoked in before. It was convenient and the staff was good, breakfast was good to have each morning.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
rooms were very small and seemed outdated to me. clean and usable, but nothing really made me want to go back to this hotel over another other than the location possibly. i only stayed one night though.

The cleanliness was great! Finding the entrance was a bit of a challenge but ok after that. Very clean Hotel & well kept. Rooms were fine not spectacular but good. My pet peeve of a noisy heat/AC unit was nowhere to be found. The bed wasvery comfortable & it was pretty quiet in the rooms. Easy access to the freeways, restaurants & shopping. I will stay there again.

The Days Inn Portland in Clackamas,OR. was very comfortable, clean and quiet. I loved the location as it was very near the mall and my favorite restaurant, The Macaroni Grill. This hotel will be my first choice anytime I get to visit Portland!
Date of Stay:

Had refrigerator and microwave in room. Room was small and ice maker was broken. Friendly staff, clean, affordable rooms. Convenient location and easy to find.

The Days Inn in South Portland was just barely adequate. It does what any hotel will do--give you a place to sleep and shower. Room was exceptionally small and cramped for a 1 queen sized bed space. View outside is of a parking lot. TV reception was fuzzy (I don't own a TV, so it's usually a treat to watch).
Date of Stay:

The staff was very friendly and helpful to me with my four children. There was only one entry into the plaza where the hotel was and I missed it initially.
Date of Stay:

It appeared that one bed had been slept in with stains, hairs, etc. and I asked for new linens and they changed both beds for us in a fiendly manner.

We wanted to stay at the Marriott but they were booked up, so we stayed at the Days Inn and we would stay there again. The staff is very courteous. We accidentally left something behind; the staff found it and held it for us. We are overall very pleased with the Days Inn and would stay there again. It is priced right and the staff is great.

Location was great. Lack of amenities; room too cramped. Location is great but needs more improvement.

Very clean room. Very friendly staff. We didn't use any of the amenities because we just spent the night. It was difficult to find the motel entrance & many of the entrances have stairs from the parking lot which make it difficult to haul luggage.

Proximity to restaurants, Clackamas Town Center, quiet. Very small room. The staff was friendly when we arrived and helpful throughout the stay. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable but we felt very cramped. We were told that the single queen bed rooms are small. The breakfast was just right. We didn't take advantage of the pool or the spa but they looked nice. The motel is very handy to restaurants, deli, market, Office Depot, and the Clackamas Town Center.

You can make your own waffles! Good breakfast. The hotel was really convenient for a wedding we were attending. I liked the location and food choices around.

Quiet, clean. No boiled eggs for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

The continental breakfast was great. The location was great too. The room was a bit small. Great location, good breakfast. easy in and out.

Good location, if one wants to be in the suburbs. Too noisy, but most hotels like this are. Hotel was full on the weekend. Young men baseball teams staying there. Too noisy. But places like this and even three-star properties almost always are not insulated well, and most people seem utterly clueless about the noise they create or they care absolutely nothing about anyone but themselves.

Very nice, helpful staff. We had wheelchair accessible room that was tiny but fine. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Good location if heading toward Mt hood. Tiny room, but manageable.
