Clean, comfortable, near the base at Parris Island. Only negative is the space for continental breakfast is small.

Dirty, roach infested, smelly rooms. Management not helpful. Unless you are Oscar the Grouch, stay somewhere else.

the room we had was clean, odorless, only steps from the pool and quite comfortable. when we checked in the staff was very friendly and advised that if there was a problem with the room just to come back to the desk. this was a last minute trip and extravagance wasn't part of the agenda. the only problem i saw was other guests at the pool leaving items, even trash at the tables.

Close to Parris Island and employees knew the military and schedule.

My husband & I wanted to go to Hunting Island for a day with our dog, so we wanted something inexpensive. After reading the reviews, I booked a room for Saturday night. We weren't expecting anything fancy; we just wanted a place to sleep & shower, basically. We were pleasantly surprised!!!! Check-in & check-out -- GREAT! We got a newly refurbished room with new mattress, pillows, etc. The place is mostly families & elderly people. We had no problems with microwave, refrigerator, or air conditioning. We were able to take our 11-year-old, 70-pound dog with us. The breakfast was adequate. We will definitely go back as soon as possible.! Thanks, again, staff at Days Inn.

Close to marine base and convenient. The room were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpfully. Overall we had a nice stay.

This hotel was horrible. The staff was rude the rooms were filthy and there was mold on the walls as well as the blankets. The ac was broken and we had to argue to get it fixed. it was so humid by that time the blankets were actually damp and they wouldnt replace. thank God my new marine did not have to stay there. A tent would have been cleaner.

Close to my point of interest. Shabby, very poor unsecure internet. I only needed to sleep there so it worked out. I had to turn on the AC just to mask activity in adjacent rooms and barking dogs. A single cup coffee maker and one pack of coffee and sugar forced me out of the room early each day.

I stayed at your hotel to see my son graduate from the corp.I want everyone to know that this is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff.(RESPONSE TO FECES ON TOILET>..Now here is the truth-This guest was angry that he was paying a higher rate than another guest was.He was so nasty she then called the police officers to remove him.I was so embarassed by his actions knowing that he was a marine father and was acting that way over a few dollars. So please understand if your planning a trip to Beaufort s.c. you have nothing to worry about this is a great place to stay!

Didnt' like it. It looked like an old hotel that was taken over by Days Inn. All they did was throw some paint on it.

It was close to where I had to be. I liked the complimentary breakfast, and it was very close to Parris Island Marine base.

"high humidity, RUDE staff, feces on toilet seat, DIRTY!!! avoid at ALL costs!!!!!!!"

The room was clean and well kept and the pool was very nice. There was no coffee pot for the machine, hotel staff could not find one for us. The staff was very nice, the pool was clean, the room was clean, we had no coffee for coffee pot when we arrived, staff gave us coffee but could not find a pot. They said to hold our cup under the stream when we make coffee. Also one ice machine was broken, we asked for a roll away bed which we received right away.

All our family wanted was to be as close to Parris Island as possible, and we were at the Days Inn. I was hoping for a clean room and it was clean enough. For the price, I think we got what we paid for and, again, it was important to be as close as possible for my marine son's graduation. Hoorah!!!

The staff was very nice. It was not clean and generally just a grungy place. I was afraid to touch anything. It was very convenient but it was so dirty that I was afraid to touch anything, and afraid to even sleep in the bed. Everything was damp to the touch like there was a moisture control problem throughout the room. We stayed for two nights, and the day that our room was supposed to have been cleaned from the previous night, we could tell that none of the linens had been changed. On the plus side, I will say that the staff was friendly and the store located in the lobby that sold Marine items was very reasonable. The breakfast buffet was good and it was much cleaner there than in the room. I would just strongly suggest that the owners do a complete upgrade of the place. Something needs to be done about the moisture control because even our clothes were damp after a night in the room. It smelled in the room like mold and cigarette smoke, though it was supposedly a no smoking room. The fact that it is so close to the Island is a huge plus, but with the condition of our room, I would not recommend this motel to anyone and I would definitely not stay there again. We didn't see the point in complaining to the manager because we were there for such a short time. But something definitely needs to be done to improve it. It could be a great place.

"Staff quoted a price and then would not honor it! EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Knew we had no other choices of hotels b/c of marine graduation. Word to the wise, GO ELSEWHERE!"

Friendly staff and good continental breakfast. Bathroom cleanliness. The hotel staff was very welcoming and provided me with my room promptly. The room colors were an odd yellow and green, but the bed was comfortable and the AC was working very well! The continental breakfast was good, but the cereal bar was missing milk (like it was never put out). The bathroom was fine except for the small amount of hair that was on the floor near the toilet. Loved the free USA Today!
