there was 2 nights we were without heat, there were holes in the wall, paint peeling from walls, bugs in the tub, bathroom was dirty we wore sandles showering, i refused to let my daughter take a bath in the tub, tv was fuzzy, under beds dirty, they have house keeping but i have no clue what they do because both rooms we were in didnt look like they have been clean in years..the heater was falling apart..the lobby stunk..would not recomend this place at all its not worth saving a few dollars to stay here

Man, where do I start-Well we left New Orleans hoping to get into our room early so we could change and head up to the stadium- My husband went in and found out they were short on staff and that no rooms will be ready until 3:00, so there is NO WHERE to go in that horrible town so we and about 10 other people were waiting in the lobby for the rooms to be cleaned- Thank goodness there was a tv there so we could watch football- We finally got into our room at 2:45- The room was disgusting, they should only charge * a night...seriously- I felt like I could catch something just being in the room, and there were huge gaps under our door and by the window, lord knows what crawled in or out-I tried a McGyver move and took tissues to block the huge gap by the A/C unit, then took a towel and put it in front of the door to block any other unwanted things from coming in- The shower was turbo blast, but after the shower the crappy bathroom turned into a pool- The next morning we were packing and on one of our towels that we just used a roach was crawling on it...lovely- The place was just disgusting, the pool was freaking green, it needed to be shocked bad, yet sadly enough local residents of this lovely establistment were in it-We will never go back...never-

Room was dirty . Dead roaches on wall,and emergency info packet on door.Mold on walls and in bathroom. Half empty McDonald's cup on floor by table.Bar too noisy woke me up about 1:00 am. Cracks in wall by doors. Bathroom door did not close. Would not advise anyone to stay here.

I have stay in many economy motels and I can say that this one rates very low. The motel is very cosmeticly outdated. The lawn had not been mowed for atleast a couple of weeks. Entering the room were first noticed a strong musty smell, like what you would smell in a basement. The paint on the ceilings was falling off in chunks the size of a piece of letter size paper. The bath was dirty with mold in the tub/shower. The tiolet had a very visible ring as if it wasn't cleaned. My daughter said that she saw atleast four(4) bugs crawling in the bath. I exited the room to go to the front desk to ask about our arraignments. The lady at the front desk said that she was sorry for the condition of the room but did not seem at all suprised. I even mention what was happening at the pool. She only shook her head and said she was sorry. I met my wife back at the room. She said that she had to run my 12 yr old and 13 yr. old daughter and son, back into the room after they saw the pool situation. I immediately call the travel agent and they refunded my money. Thank you travel agent, at least you were concerned about my stay.
