Pleasant and helpfull staff. The internet service was not working. The hotel was clean but starting to show it's age.

the room was so filthy my feet were black on the bottom. I had to get my own toilet paper and towels from the office. The room was not cleaned once during my entire 5 day stay. The trainee who was there the night I checked in made a mistake on the room charge and it was not caught until I checked out, where I had to pay for a charge that I was not aware of. No receipt was given to me when I checked in.

The staff was great! She was quick and helpful and friendly! My sheets were dirty (there were oily spots on them.) The upstairs floor creaking kept me awake. The hotel is being remodeled. The room was attractive thought it had an odor. There were dark stains on the outside of the bath tub too. I'm not familiar with the area, so it may be that the area smells. Take some earplugs, your own sheets, and some room deodorizer and it'd be perfect! The price was good. The staff was great.

friendly front desk staff the first room had ants and when moved, the a/c didn't cool well and no towels in room This hotel leaves much to be desired and should have cost less

Nothing - should not be rated 2 star low quality Internet connectuions do not work.Even though it is called a nonsmoking room, the room reeked of cigarettes covered up by a strong deodorant.Employees are somewhat ignorant.They state they have a deluxe continental breakfast, and they run out of milk! Terrible breakfast. Breakfast lobby sets perhaps 6.

Nothing. Dirty, used sheets, bathroom dirty,old unclean fixtures The hotel was definitely not a "2 star". I don't know how they reach your ratings. There were no towels,no top sheet on the bed.The doors showed evidence of forced entry.We actually had to change rooms but to no avail.

I can't think of anything The staff was not helpful, the room was dirty and substandard The lobby was tiny and couldn't accomadate people for the "continental" breakfast they promised. The were out of everything by 9am including juice, and breakfast wasn't to end until 10. I had to hunt down the staff for towels, and they proceeded to make me wait while they ate breakfast, smoked cigarettes, and chatted. I got into the shower to find they didn't put any washcloths in our room. My husband found someone to get a washcloth from, and she said they didn't usually put them in the rooms, but they used them for cleaning, and then told him she found 2 under some boxes on the shelf, so I'm not sure they were even clean. The room didn't look like it had been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time... I have pictures if you need them. Overall, I was VERY disappointed in this hotel, which should've been called a MOTEL, based on the appearance and service which was minimal.

The clerk was nice. My room was filthy! I will never stay there again. The room was filthy. There was dirt in the bathtub. The lavatory had 2 different blobs of toothpaste when I arrived. There was trash in the wastebasket. SEMEN ON THE BLANKET!!!!! The people downstairs were having a party & Bar-B-Q.They set of the smoke alarm.
