It were very quite and comfortable and convient to calaway gardens.

Motel was clean and priced right. Unfortunately, there had been a storm during the night and water supply to the town was not working. Therefore, no water at the motel when we got up. The front desk provided two bottles of water for use in brushing teeth, etc. Wife had an unusual medical incident (not related to motel) and the front desk provided the location of the nearest hospital at LaGrange, GA.

My family and I checked into the Best Western in Warm Springs thrilled with the location, however that was short lived. To get to our non-smoking room we had to travel through the smoking wing which smelled horrible. Once we entered the room we were hit with a huge wave of heat. The room air was not on and after an hour in the room there was no change in the temperature. We decided to go down to the pool in hopes that the room would be cooler when we got back. To our dismay the pool had a lock on it and had not been opened for the season because the health inspector had not passed it yet. The reason we chose the Best Western instead of local inn was because of the pool!!! We immediately went to the front desk and we were given a refund and vacated the room. We went 20 minutes down the road to a wonderful Holiday Inn Express in Lagrange!

Close to where we wanted to be. Bathroom, and bed. If your going to Pine mountain, its the only hotel around. We asked for a better room, but were told that to get it, we would be charged extra. They gave us the worst room possible. Air conditioner made a lot of noise, 1 small old towel each, toilet need cleaning, and as stated the head board on the bed was broken.

Don't expect any consideration if you have a special request. Had requested a downstairs room when I made my reservation several weeks before my stay as I have a bad back. It is hard for me to carry luggage up stairs (no elevator here). Upon check-in, the desk clerk said all she could do for me was to put me in a suite for the handicapped for $20 more a night.

Spent 2 nights at Pine Mountain Day's Inn. Nice size clean room, quiet and working A/C, great do-it-yourself pecan waffle breakfast and very friendly staff. a night was a bargain to be so close to Callaway Gardens. Our hosts invited their guests to dinner to help them celebrate the opening of their new Suite complex. A nice touch.

Much clean. Had to pay $5 extra for two queen beds. The room smelled old, but was clean. The lady in the front office was not very friendly.

Room looked newly updated. We were the first to sleep in the new bed - very comfortable. Good free breakfast including waffles. Desk personel very friendly. Good price; close to Callaway.

The pool. Rooms were not cleaned or beds made up. Service was minimal. We were offered clean towels even though the rooms were not cleaned and the beds made. The front desk staff was not helpful when we were checking out early.

My family and I visited this hotel on July 3 and 4. We enjoyed our stay. The employees there were very friendly and helpful. It was also the only hotel in the area that didn't require a 2 night stay. Most of all a very reasonable rate for the 4 of July. Let me say its nothing fancy, but it is clean. Somewhere to lay your head down and get cleaned up. My kids really enjoyed the pool!!! It's in a GREAT spot close to everything. Try it out maybe you'll be as pleased as us and not so broke either!!!!!!

Nice room; friendly staff; and convenient location. The room was clean except for the toilet. it was obvious it had not been cleaned in over a month. The hotel was very nice and the room was very spacious. the only thing we didn't like was that the toilet had obviously not been cleaned in well over a month. the rest of the room appeared to be clean. overall we would use this hotel again.

The continental breakfast had several selections. Shower is very low; carpet was very dirty. This was a budget-friendly stay in a place that can be overpriced. The room was spacious, but the carpeting was dirty (our feet were black after walking barefoot in our room). If you are looking to save some money, though, it is a good choice.

Close to where we were going. Nasty front desk staff. Front desk staff was awful; they tried to tell us that we booked a handicapped room with 1 bed. We're married with 2 kids, why would we only want 1 bed? They tried to get us to pay $20 to upgrade to a room with 2 beds. I went and bought blow up mattresses and blankets, I refused to give those people a dime more than I paid.

The hotel was great.

The room was pretty clean and the hotel was conveniently located. The showers were the worse. They had no pressure and were to short. This hotel had the worst showers ever, which does not make for a good end to a hard day. The showers are very short, meaning you have to literally bend at the knees in order to stand underneath it and the water pressure is nonexistent. The hotel advertises their free breakfast; let me clarify for you. They basically give you the cheapest thing they can in an effort to state the free breakfast. They had three types of cereal, stale bagels, and fresh waffles to choose from. They also had coffee and apple/orange juice. The rooms were pretty clean, and it was obvious the hotel had done some renovating, as the room, sink and shower areas, looked new. If you are going to Callaway Gardens and don't want to stay at their hotels, this one is very conveniently located. They are within five minutes, and off the main road.

Very friendly staff. Also very helpful. Cleanliness was not as good as it could have been. Very convenient to Callaway Gardens.

Nothing. It was filthy! The waffle iron was filthy in the breakfast area.

It was kid friendly. The locks on the doors. The lock on the door was the only problem. My son was able to unlock the door just by pulling on it.
