Old rooms and beds and no A/C. This is the worst experience that I have had with a hotel.

quick trip to airport for 7am flight. nice staff. ice machine not working. found BIG bug in bathroom when we arrived. it was deceased but later in the evening another one, this time alive.

Pleasant entry area. Shuttle service from Airport to hotel took over an hour (1:00 AM) to show up for us. We were very tired after a trip. Very clean and pleasant hotel. Will use it again when we come in from a long trip.

Days Inn not in a very good location, informed by relatives in the "red light district"- across the street from a "nude girls" business. In for cousins' funeral, Had opportunity to go to Sedona, but unable from Orbiz, to get refund, which was upsetting to me.

The air conditioning was good. Noisy. Bad neighborhood. A clean motel. Convenient to expressways. Located in an unfortunate airport-sleaze neighborhood.

The staff are very nice, they are responsive to their guest needs, it is located just about half a mile away from a good location

Location near the airport. It is in the seamy side of town. The location near the airport was the high point. I would not stay at this hotel again! I did not like that it was near so many strip clubs. I arrived at night and did not feel safe. My non-smoking room smelled of something unpleasant. The linens were ragged and the blanket was pretty disgusting. The final blow was that my wake up alarm was a violent domestic disturbance in a nearby room at 5 A.M.

We had stayed at another motel for one week, i.e. prior to staying @ the Days Inn. We wish we had stayed at the Days Inn during our entire 9 days visit to the area. Manager and his brother were wonderful to deal with (both from India). Drove us to airport at 4AM and didn't bat an eyelash...and it was FREE. Room was extremely cozy and delightful for $ amount. Pool was lovely! Restaurant on premises great for breakfast. The neighborhood is not the best but seems to be in a state of revival. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Inn and the neighborhood. I loved the pool! Though it was a slight distance from the Airport it was easy to find our way to the rental car return after a test run the evening before departure. I think it would be a great place to stay for a night while in transit if you have young children. All in all a lovely way to spend our last night in the Southwest.

The hotel is located in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The area seems dangerous to me; many motels and sexual adult entertainment businesses surround the hotel. The hotel is 6 miles away from the University of Phoenix Campus; the only place I visited through my stay at Phoenix, Arizona.

Management was active on security. Location and front office response. It is an oasis in a terrible neighborhood, the management was on the security but I am afraid for my life in that area of Phoenix. The halls and rooms are very dated and you feel like you are staying back in the 60's.

It was very nice stay, we liked the room, it had high speed internet. The front desk lady was very friendly and answered all our questions with the smile.

Great pool. Very bad part of town. Nice place to stay, if you don't mind the location. It is in an industrial part of town and not a great neighborhood. The parking feels a little unsafe.

The hotel transportation was suppose to pick us up at the airport, but it never arrived. The room had only one towel, and the breakfast was very limited. On the positive side, the motel was very clean. the pool looked very nice and clean. The motel was not in a very good neighborhood.

It was available. Bad location (scary neighborhood). Old, heat did not work. This is a decent hotel in a bad location. The pool and grounds are nice. The rooms are adequate but old.

The Days Inn Airport is located in an industrial neighborhood near the Sky Harbor Airport. The neighborhood is rather run down, i.e. small auto repair shops, machine shops, etc, that are not well maintained. The amenities in the hotel were adequate and the staff was friendly and competent. They provide free shuttle service to and from the Airport, which is a plus. High speed internet access. An ethernet cable is necessary, and is provided by the hotel. The Days Inn brand is new to this property, so I presume the Days Inn management will begin a program of renovation of he rooms.

The location was convenient for the event I was doing. At one time it was quite nice, it shows it's age. This hotel is located midway between downtown Phoenix & Tempe, which was convenient for us. The staff was helpful when we asked for directions and they had public computers with internet access that allowed us to check our e-mail. The room was clean, however, this property could do with a complete remodel and more comfortable beds.

I loved all the trees that were around the pool area. It was far away from restaraunt andwas old looking. It is a great place to stay if you are traveling to the Airport for a one night stay. Any more than that isn't recommended.

Great pool layout. Poor neighborhood. Excellent staff, trying hard. Priced way too high for the location.
