We wanted to get a refund for the first night because our flight had been canceled and Orbitz and the hotel said they could not do that unless the manager called Orbitz but that did not happen.

Updated facilities. Nice amenities. Nice staff. Did not clean room because I left it at 1 pm. Very nice for what I remember of a hojo. Nice restaurant, attractive updated rooms, free shuttle to the airport, free wifi.

We had driven from flarida overnight and were eager to just get to the hotel. The room we were given was very small and the ad does say refrigerator but you hvae to rent and they are very limited. Check in was nice and the people were super friendly. The queen rooms are small. The internet was down and no microwaves. perfect for one person but not 2 if you like big spaces. I must say the staff was very accomadating and very helpful. Kudos to saving my families vacation.

Inexpensive. Door latch was difficult to close. Door did not close all the way to the bottom making the room quite cold because it was open to the outside.

I would recomend this Howard Johnson. Howard Johnson truly cares about customer service.

Location was perfect for the purpose of our stay. I have reason to believe, but can not prove, that my glasses were kept by a staff member after I accidentally left them in my room after checkout. This hotel was definitely not worth the money it cost per night. Had it been cheaper, I might not have minded the fact that there was no hot water on our second day of stay, the hotel ran out of towels, and the restaurant wait staff was not that friendly. Though I can not prove it, I believe a staff member may have kept my glasses which I accidentally left in my room after checkout.

The Howard Johnson was average, neither poor nor great. It proved us with everything we needed but I wish we had had a little more space.

Parking lot layout was confusing and difficult to navigate. Room was extremely small. Staff was rude.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. No extra pillows, no continental breakfast, terrible coffee in room and soured cream with coffee in lobby. The desk clerks were pleasant till I called asking for extra pillows at 3:30pm, I was told to call back after 4pm and maybe they could help. I called after 4pm and was told they had no extra pillows and could not remove some from other unoccupied rooms. Otherwise, the room was clean and sufficient.

The rooms were nice for the cheap price. It wasn't the Ritz, obviously, based on the price. I was not expecting anything more. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay for a night or two, this hotel is great. Definitely not the Ritz though, but clean and conveniently located near a variety of stores and restaurants.

The location to shops, entertainment and the interstates was excellent. Everything was good. I was really impressed with all of the shops and restaurants located with in a mile or so of the hotel. The location of the hotel to a major interstate was excellent. The room was clean and the staff was courteous. Will keep that one in mind for my next trip to PA.

Very close to my Aunt's house. Small, old time room and floor plan. This is a nicely redecorated old motel similar to those previously owned by Holiday Inns in the 1960s and 70s. The rooms are small but, adequate. The furniture was modern and the bathroom has been refurbished with a new tub, shower surround, granite counter and modern toilet. The lobbey is very small but, attractive. The staff is new and just learning their jobs. The on site restaurant was convenient and good.

Convenient and great help from the staff and liked the bar entertainment. No answer it was fine. Avery pleasant stay, room was fine and the help from the staff was over and above what we expected room was a bit small. Karoke in the lounge was excellent, from the karoke guy and the bartenders.

Very clean and modern room, friendly staff, efficient airport shuttle. Distance from downtown philadelphia, bit far from airport for airport hotel. We were commuting through philadelpia on our way home from las vegas and went for this hotel as all the other airport hotels were full that night. We had no major problems with our stay, hotel served its purpose-only slight drawback is that the layout of this hotel is more like a motel with outside doors and even though the area seemed to be fairly safe.I would have certainly felt uneasy staying here on my own without my boyfriend as it does feel very open, as if anyone could walk up to your door.so perhaps to a lone female traveler who may be a bit weary,I would say a no, but to all other intents and purposes this hotel was perfect for what we wanted it for!

New hotel, lovely neighborhood. Quite a distance from airport & motel style. This is a new hotel, and the rooms are small butvery nicely appointed. Free shuttle is a bonus, because it is a ways from the airport. The staff is excellent and very nice.
