Days Inn, was the most uncivilized, rude interaction, and non-communicative interactions.
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
Nothing. Smell, cleanliness, area, safety, other guests. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. My daughter almost left because the hotel and other guests, who knocked on our door asking us to come out and party with them, frightened us.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
i booked thru the internet about 2 weeks before our family trip. . the hotel is not clean. the staff are not courteous. i got a bad impression when i first step inside the hotel. the front desk clerk was inside a small booth a window (it looks like a bullet proof window), (a similar setting when you are transacting with a bank). i got the impression that the hotel vicinity may NOT be safe. i got really really scared. i told my husband that we should look for another hotel.. but due to the fact that i have booked thru the internet and my stay is already paid, my husband dis agreed to transfer to another hotel. we had no choice but to bear with it. the room is really awful, very very dirty. when my kids played around the room their feet got really really dirty, as if they played in mud. bathroom is as awful as the room. i will never ever go back to that hotel. i did not have a good sleep because i am so worried that the place is not safe for my family. im glad that i booked just for 1 night. i wish i never had booked with that hotel

The Days Inn on Roosevelt Blvd was very dirty and the upkeep was horrific. The carpet was disgusting. The bathrooms were dirty. The beds were soft. Not enough non-smoking rooms available. The breakfast was poor and only lasted 2 hours - 7 - 9;00 a.m. It was not in a business district. It was in a very poor rundown area.

Free internet access. Smell, dirty bathroom, no ventilation, musty and freaky. I have stayed in motels and hotel 6 to 10 times a year for 20 years and I would have to say that this was the worst I have ever seen or stayed in.

Awful parking and check in situation. No convenient way to get to your room from your car. Stairs!!! No elevators! Amazingly awful. I have never seen anything like this.
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
No elevator, no restaurant, no fridge or microwave in room.
Date of Stay:

I had to book my self somwhere else at last minute. Picture in the website are fake. Fact is rooms are so ugly, dirty, smelly... like in different world. My worst experience ever.
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
Friendly staff. No elevators or restaurants. It was OK for the price.
Date of Stay:
August, 2007
The rooms smell. The neighborhood is very bad. The rooms have broken furniture, stains on the carpets and foreign matter on the walls. It is not safe to stay here. I slept with my clothes on and the lights on. Stay away from this Days Inn or it will be the End of you Days.

Nothing. Bullet proof glass in lobby, unsafe area. This is hotel is in an undesirable part of the city. You are greeted by the front desk person who is behind bullet proof glass. The hotel reminds you of a place that seedy people would go to transact business, hookers would take johns or crimes occur on a regular basis.

The room smelled musty, and felt clammy. The carpet was dirty, I slept in my clothes i was scared i would get bed bugs or some type of rash. I would NEVER stay there again.
Date of Stay:
November, 2008
It was convenient to my conference and the university. Not a safe neighborhood; hard to access. It was a family-run hotel, and fairly clean, but was older. Staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located for northern Philadelphia, but was difficult to access. Neighborhood had some restaurants nearby.

"Dirty room, cockroaches, rude clerk who would not accept Days Inn discount coupons. I booked on the internet expecting a nice room and was charged over $100 for a room that should have had a rate by the 1/2 hour."
Date of Stay:
November, 2008
Convenient location. It smells. Generally it is kind of good. Transportation is convenient, but when entering the hall there is a strange smell.

"Bad odor, dirty, too much for that kind of service...if it was way cheaper I might stay again but not at the price I pay for"
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
Remodeling was with spray paint in lobby. Breakfast was a corn muffin, coffee, carpets in room was black from dirt, should be cleaned and element around parking lot was not very good (if you get my drift).
Date of Stay:
October, 2006
The clerk in the reception area was rude. I was charged the regular fee when I made reservations for a discount. We had no maid service: the beds were not made and we had no clean towels.
Date of Stay:

Nothing- it was terrible, not even the remote worked, they fought with us over wanting extra towels, I will never stay in a days in again. This hotel and it's stuff are horrible. I have stayed in seedy motels that had better service and hospitality than this days inn. We went for a romantic retreat to visit family - and we only stayed in our hotel room 1 of the 2 nights. The sheets were the worst - and the lobby was something out of a Norman Bates reality show!
Date of Stay:
July, 2006
Reception behind bullit proof glass which makes you wonder about the area. Broucher looks nothing like rooms.
