I was pleasantly surprised. It felt like a much higher priced hotel in the lobby. The staff was quite friendly and eager to help. My room felt like some of the furniture was missing. The tub had a huge patch in it, which seemed odd. I would definitey stay there again.

Not much. Outdated, bathtub cracked/patched. Sloppy paint job. Stay at the Hampton Inn across the street. The location is OK, not much else in the area - other hotels or restaurants. It is probably just as well to stay off of Rt 185 if you are going to Ft. Benning, rather than go here - about 15 minutes away. I will not stay here again.

I would not stay here again, Called at 12.00am for roach problem. Clerk was rude and said there was nothing they could do about it. Manager in morning was rude also.

This was a great hotel to stay at. The staff was the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever encountered. The room was very clean and tidy and looked well taken care of. This hotel is not the Ritz but if you are looking for a clean, safe, friendly hotel that is only 5 miles from Ft. Benning GA then this is the place to stay.

When advertising about hotel chains it would be helpful if a disclaimer that all advertisements does not reflect hotel chains that my be individually owned. I stayed at the Days Inn in Phenix City on Martin L. King Pkwy from 11/21/07 through 11/24/07 and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are looking for a 1 night only stay and this is all that's available. I will say that the online rate was excellent, staff was pleasant and helpful, the breakfast bar was very sufficient, the bed linen was clean and the pillows were comfortable. The towels were old and over bleached. My husband had a hand towel that literally "fell apart in his hand" after 1/2 a use. The bathroom had mold on the curtain and in the corners/crevices of the wall. The carpet "smelled" cleaned but I felt I had to wear socks on my feet at all times. I initially reserved 2 rooms - 1 king bed and the other a double bed room. When I walked into the king bed room it smelled like a "nursing home". No amount of air freshner spray would have gotten rid of the odor. The toilet did not flush right and the room had the geriatric chair for a elderly or disabled person to sit and shower in. I could not tolerate it and let the front desk staff know I could not stay in that room. The staff person accomodated my request and put me in the 2nd room (double bed) where the aforemention problems occurred. Also my daughter had an infant with her and I noted in my online request that she would be bringing an infant. The refrigerator in her room did not work so she could not store baby milk.

The location seemed the best feature of the stay. The food - breakfast, lobby cleanliness, and room. This hotel is at best a 0 star. It is unfortunate because the location seemed okay. The breakfast was pathetic with no OJ on one of the mornings. The pool was closed even though it was clean and functioning and the room was old and not the most clean compared to others that I have stayed in. It was not worth the cost and after seeing other hotels in town I could have had better accommodations.

Continental breakfast included some hot food items. Room was comfortable, nothing fancy. Their air freshener is somewhat different than that used in most hotels - not unpleasant, just different. Short drive to Auburn, AL area (where we couldn't get any rooms - football weekend). Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Easy access to ground floor rooms, all inside hallways. Could hear noise in adjoining rooms. There were 3 different large groups there and it was very noisy! They would go out in the hallways to talk on cell phones and you could hear them in the rooms. We asked several times and staff even asked once to be quiet. The breakfast area was to small for the size of the hotel.

Rather disappointed after reading reviews.Pictures on website looked really good, however the room we had was clean, but the wall paper falling off the walls, made the room feel dirty. Plus had a weird smell. Probably the cleaner. Plus the Front desk staff when we arrived, wasn't the most pleasant person. If we weren't so tired when we arrived and had not "pre-paid" for the room, We would have gone else were.

We visit family in Phenix City and have stayed here every since it opened. We have seen many improvements and updates each time. We will definitely stay here again. Enjoyed the comfort, relaxation, breakfast and pool.

Nothing. Electrical hazards in room, manager not available on several occasions. This hotel is very bad. The electrical outlet behind the bed had a extender on it that had two lights plugged into the top receptacle that was wedged between the mattress and pillows could not believe that is what we were laying on.

this stay was for my son's graduation from boot camp.the hotel was fine but we needed extra pillows and was told there was no extras. there was plenty of hot water boy was it hot and plenty of presure too. real close to the highway. soda and junk food machine empty the entire trip.there was a drunk man (do not know if he was a tenant or not) roaming the hall one night.the breakfast was something to be desired.

Room was very neat and had good amenities. There was a damp smell to the room when closed up and air not on. The accommodations were very clean. Staff was very friendly and able to recommend a good restaurant nearby (only one steakhouse in the area) they had a nice continental breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and well equipped w/everything you could want or need. All the workers except one were very friendly and helpful. It was in a good location close to FT. Benning. There was definetly southern hospitality at the hotel! We Will being staying here again on next visit. Was all around great cities and hotel!

The breakfast was great. Female desk staff unfriendly. For the most part it was a nice hotel. The gentleman desk clerk was great. Both women we encountered were not. Breakfast was great. The rooms were very nice.

I liked it that there was a fridge, microwave, & hair dryer. The hotel was very clean and met our needs for the trip. The hotel staff was very friendly and check in and check out was a breeze.
