The Days Inn Moss Point, Mississippi, needs serious attention on every front. Likely damaged by Katrina, the hotel needs to be remodeled. The odor of mold was powerful. During the night, a plmbing problem caused a slight flood in part of our room.

Both of the clerks were personable. Inadequate facility - not safe. I'm through with Days Inns. They have degenerated greatly. I have joined La Quinta's return club and am getting good rates.

The room, not that great. The service was excellent, the location was excellent. So that made up for the room. Need to fix some stuff is all that it would take to make it an excellent stay. They need some better coffee in room, that coffee tasted horrible and I made it with bottled water. But the coffee in the breakfast area was great. Great for people that need to stay a week because they will give you a weekly rate.

Convenient location, close to many restaurants. Connected doors between the rooms. Overall experience in the day¿s inn, moss point was not bad but it could be better. First, when we got there we were placed in the room with connected doors between our room and next one. It was extremely disturbing because we could hear every single word, etc of our neighbors; as a result we could not sleep until 4 a.m. Moreover, when we complained to the stuff about it they did not give us another room until next day. I was really disappointed.

Front desk was great! Checked us in quickly, the internet worked great, restaurants right next door!! Room was nice and clean..Good place to stay for the price paid...clean rooms, helpful staff, and easy places to eat...no jacuzzi by the pool, but will visit again on our way back.

Location. Front desk help. I had to wait for over 30 minutes to check in because the front desk girl was on the phone. She made no apologies and was slower than molasses in January. The guy in line before me most likely waited even longer. Also, I filled up the bath tub and the water looked like someone had already bathed in it, it was disgusting. I was very displeased and will not go back.

We were in a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke, and the toilet was nasty. Wouldn't stay again.

room smelled funny, bathtub looked dirty, we never took off our shoes even in the shower. we will never stay there again. Bed linens had burn holes in them and were old. We were scared to sleep in the bed, but were tired and desperate.

This place has been renovated entirely since I stayed there last time. Very nice upgrade to this hotel. Very helpful staff also and restaurant right next door. Will be staying here everytime I am passing through.
