Could hear through the walls. Did not like anything about this hotel. Could hear through the walls which prevented me from sleeping. Dingy and dirty--something seen out of a Tarantino movie.

No curtians on curtain rod, window blinds broken, wireless never accessible, busy parking lot next door, noisy until late. "

When I pulled up in the parking lot I thought I was in the wrong place because there were fences up every where from construction and I didn't see any cars. I had to drive around the entire building before I could find the office and even then I was not sure I was in the right place. When I got into the room I pulled back the covers and there was a tick on the bed. So the entire time I was paranoid that there would be more. The toilet was old and not very appealing it looked dirty.

Great location. Rooms were musty, bathroom fixtures in need of upgrade, breakfast was bad, table lamp was Hard-wired to wall and didn't work. This hotel needs a serious upgrade. Walking on the floor barefooted could be unhealthy and risky. The location is ideal but the rooms need a serious upgrade. No elevator for seniors. The staircase to the 2nd floor is very steep. I plan nicer to go back there again. Front desk help was just fine.

i have stayed in the parsippany area before, and, for the money, this place is the best. my room had been newly remodled and was very clean. the check-in/out times gave me more time, and I was happy with the amenities (fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron, free wi-fi internet, nice shower). The staff was very nice and attentive, and even the breakfast was decent. would stay here again, no doubt.

I specifically booked a non smoking room on Orbitz.com. The reservation was confirmed both bu Orbitz and Days-Inn. I also called hotel directly a day before stay to confirm reservation as I was planning check in late. When I reached at hotel at 10:00 PM, the manager on duty said the only room they have is a smoking room. I had no other option other than to stay in a smelly smoking room that night being memorial day weekend night. I would never go to this place again.

Wasn't bad for a one-nighter. The room was clean and did not smell. The bathroom could have been a bit more decorated. But this was fine for a one-nighter.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We like the fridge and micro in the room, kept it stocked all week. Location is close to alotta stuff, and service was fine. No problems with noise etc. Great Value!

Ok, DO NOT stay at this "motel". My experience was, I booked through orbitz. When I got there, I thought that I was at the wrong hotel because it was closed down. I then called the hotel to find out that they closed 2 out of the 3 buildings but they were still open. Of course the 2 buildings closed were the cleanest and best looking ones. I checked in, saw that the hotel looked like a motel and the room was DISGUSTING!! This place needs major updates and nothing was clean to my standards at all. This was for a one night business trip but I wouldn't even suck it up for a night...I checked right out and stayed at the Ramada Inn close by...It totally is not worth the money to stay here in my opinion and obviously the pics on the website do not match what the actual hotel is because I would have never booked here to begin with! I would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car in the parking lot than to stay in this filth! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.....

Easy to find and get to. Smoky room, but they changed it with out any hassle. It is an older motel and they did the best they can I guess. Was not overly impressed with the place.

This place was rated four star. It was so bad I didn't want to take a shower. The towels were so thin you could almost see through them. rating

Conveniently located for the event that I attended. The continental breakfast could have offered a little more variety. For the budget minded traveler, this hotel was just right. If had all that is required for a comfortable night stay, without having to pay a great deal. The room offered TV, coffee machine, iron and a comfortable bed. What more could you need? If you feel a room is not comfortable unless it has a Monet hanging on the wall or statues in the corners, then this hotel is not for you. If all you want is a place to sleep, and maybe watch some TV before bed, this hotel is perfect.

Convenience. Dirty. The carpets were dirty. Room had mold in bathroom. The towel bar was rusty and towels weren't clean.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. One of the main issues was that the hotel was undergoing rennovations. The work started early in the morning, waking us at inconvenient times. Furthermore the sliding glass doors to the room were sealed shut using wood as a wedge, leaving a gap for air, bugs, etc. to come in. The room was not very clean, the hallways had a foul odor and the carpets we saw laying in the parking lot for three days, getting walked and even parked over were being re-installed on our day of departure. The staff was friendly and courteous, but the room was just not what was expected for the price paid. On the positive side, there was wireless internet, a microwave and refrigerator.
