Very easy to find and clean.

It was on the main drag so it was easy to find. The hotel is old and desperately needs updating, especially in the rooms. I do not appreciate the fact that these motels do not have anyone who is able to assist a woman traveling alone with luggage after they have given her a room on the 2nd level and no elevator! Inside the rooms things were old and falling apart such as vents that were actually loose and falling away from the wall; old windows in the bathrooms, etc.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. My complaints ran rather long with this stay including bad smell, cleanliness issues especially with the bathroom, noisy floors on the second floor, and a rather rude front desk attendant. My complaints also went unnoticed. There are many better choices than here.

The room appearance was nice and staff was friendly. Rooms looked nice and smelled clean and were reasonably priced. Bed and beding was very good.

We had a nice stay at this low cost hotel. Pluses were the price, the outdoor pool and the fridge and microwave in the room. Negatives were the toilet that ran for 45 minutes after every flush and the tub with a very slow drain. Also the bathroom wasn't very clean.

The hotel did not have many people staying there. The bed was uncomfortable the cable was not that good, not a good experience.

Room was clean, pleasant staff. Bigger and newer TV would have been nice. This hotel was worth the price. It was clean and the staff was very pleasant. It does need some updating such as a TV and to put in vending machines.

The management gave great advice on places to order out from, "The China Palace." They had a swimming pool but the only thing swimming in it were frogs. The service was very nice and helpful. They went out of there way to help me find out what toll prices were going to run me coming up down the road. The rooms were spacious and had popcorn, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and board, TV, cable, phone, and Internet hook up. I would definitely stay there again if I were going through that town again.

Bed was comfortable. Stained carpets, strong deodorizer smell. I would not stay there again.

The internet was particularly fast and useful and the price. There was a minor musty smell in my room. Even though the hotel is an older hotel, the price made up for that fact. It was very conveniently located for traveling to and from Lawrence without having to use a turnpike.
