You're definitely paying for the location. It's right on the beach. The rooms were a bit small, but they were clean.

It was on the boardwalk. Everything there was at least 50 years old and walls were paper thin. There is also a bar on the street level and whenever someone left you could hear them. The bar closes about 3 am.

I wanted a suite and the room was free because of the reward points that I earned. Anyway, the guy checking me in was nice. I had an ocean front 2 queen bed suite which was very nice. The room had a full sized fridge, sink, portable range, dishwasher and all dishes, plates, cutlery, pans, etc. The room had a remote air conditioner which I loved and two televisions. I also loved having a sink inside and outside of the bathroom. The balcony was double sized with 4 chairs and two tables. The only thing wrong with the room was that the living room furniture was dingy and the balcony was not private besides that it was a great room with nice amenities. I forgot to mention that the freezer had an icemaker and when I need something housekeeping was knocking on my door within 5 minutes. I would stay here again.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. (travel co made mistake w/ my reserv) The carpet was filty, the bathroom tiny and nasty. The bed was new and didn't fit the frame, it stuck out dangerously. everything else was old and falling apart. I checked out after the first night and went some where else for the rest of my stay.

i was looking so forward to staying at this hotel, that i even refered my friends there. i don't usually travel by myself, but this time i did and i had a hard time sleeping due to the loud noises along with the door to our room was hardley locking the big gap on the bottom and side made me feel unsafe. it was so bad that i checked out on early sunday morning @ 3:30 am.

Close to beach, boardwalk and dining. Not clean enough. Only stayed one night so it was satisfactory but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay. It wasn't clean enough to suit me, especially for such a well known hotel!

The room was old and tiny. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen and not too clean. The dresser drawers were broken and there was sand all over the floor. We wouldn't stay here again if they gave us the room for free. I tried to move hotels but everything was booked. My kids said they would have rather slept in the car!!

First of all we were to get a street side room--well if we looked out our side window over the bushes we could see the street. There was no place for us to sit outside our room to enjoy the fresh air. The person across from us was a smoker and stepped outside to smoke but it came through our air conditioner. When we arrived our floor was wet, our door chain was pulled out; the light switch on lamp was stuck; and the light switch inside door had no power. The front desk was informed about this and nothing was done-when checking out they were told again and it was shrugged off. Room service only gave clean towels, did not make the bed. We had to take cold showers the entire stay. Needless to say we weren't happy with our facility.

Nothing. Ceiling fan and over doorway had 3 inches of dust, bathtub was cruddy. I cannot review this hotel because it was disgusting. The room was filthy, there were roach eggs, the bathtub mat was black and when I made them take it up they did not clean the tub. They finally came in and cleaned the ceiling fan and slammed the door when she left. She did not clean over the doorway. The carpet had dirt spots all over it.

I made my reservation for 1 room for 2 nights in an oceanfront room. I arrived to find out they had me scheduled for 2 rooms for 1 night. We went to our room to discover that it was not oceanfront. I went to plug the clock in and found out it was plugged in. The outlet (which was behind the bed) didn't work, had no cover on it and was falling out of the wall. We went back to the office and found out that I was booked in an ocean view room, not oceanfront (their mistake). They upgraded us at no charge, but it still was not oceanfront. I will never stay there again.

Room was high quality and spacious. Public baths were very dirty outside the pool. Overall, if you get the ocean view it is amazing, the big windows and the large over sized room with balcony is great. But the rest of the hotel ok.

My Mom and I went for our annual getaway and decided to stay at this hotel. Upon entering our room, we found pizza sauce smeared on the wall by the TV, chewing gum stuck to the wall above one of the beds (3 separate pieces!), and a dirty sock laying under the curtains leading to the balcony. Needless to say, we were extremely disgusted and complained to the manager. She moved us to a new room with an oceanfront view, which was gorgeous, but our new room was hardly better than the last one. The bathroom floor had visible grime on it (we left tracks on it when we walked through in our socks), the water was lukewarm at best, and the room just had an overall feeling of dirtiness. When we complained to the manager for the second time, she refused to give our money back, saying that we'd already gotten an upgraded room for free. Overall, a horrible experience.

NA. It was very run down. Do not stay there. Very run down.

The walls were ""paper-thin"", we could hear every noise around us. None of us got a decent nights sleep. Not a ""family"" hotel!!!

Tropical feel. Dirty room, dirty outside, very cramped, beds against wall, couldn't turn around in bathroom.

Location. Trash under bed; bathroom floor caving in; possible electrical issues-fire alarm sounded during stay; lights dimming in room. The room was small. Nice king size bed and refrigerator. The tile floor in the bathroom was caving in. Shower was small while the curtain kept blowing inwards while trying to take a shower. Lights were dim in the bathroom, then kept getting brighter. Possible electrical issues.

Loved the oceanfront. It suited our needs for 3 days of only needing it to sleep.

It was clean we liked the balcony we couldn't believe it had appliances. We weren't given clean towels. Its a very nice hotel, we ate breakfast at the little restaurant, but it was pricey.

The hotel was dirty and the service was horrible. I had to ask numerous times for towels and toilet paper and never recieved. Staff was rude and so was the on-site manager. Could have cared less about our stay and never said sorry for the probems or anything
