Clean room, friendly staff. Did not like the surprise additional pet fee that was not mentioned in the Orbitz quote.

The location was the best thing about the hotel and it was 20 min away from our destination. Our sheets were stained, there were bugs and leftover items from previous travelers. This hotel was ridiculous. I am very disappointed in the housekeeping and staff. There were stains on one of the bed spreads and a baby roach in the room. When we called down to the front desk to get a new bed spread, the lady said we had to come get one ourselves. Also, there was an earring laying on the vanity and the bathroom was nasty. I understand we were given a smoking room because all the non-smoking rooms were already booked, but it was the worst smelling room I have ever been in. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our stay.

We had 10 people staying in 2 rooms, when we entred the rooms there was a horrile smell. We rented smoking rooms, but I had no idea that meant that they let pets in the rooms also. There was pet hair all over the chairs and even had spots that looked like pee. the bathrooms were dirty they had hair and spider webs all over. I will book well in advance next time I will never stay at this Days Inn again. It was not worth the 85.00 a night per room we spent.

The reason we booked this hotel was because my daughter saw the picture of the pool, it was the first thing we saw when we arrived. It was very small.. We checked in and recieved a room without a fridge and the desk moved us. For the price one really can not complain. It was clean and close to shopping and the beach.

In short, take the money you'd speed on disinfectant and doctor visits from the 'fresh' mold in the shower and put it towards a different hotel.

The Days Inn in Ocean Springs, has to be, one of, if not the worst, hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room had plenty of room and did come with the refridge,microwave and hairdryer (although the hair dryer did not work!). Our room was for 4 adults, but the room only had 3 towels, when we went to the front desk and asked for another towel the gentleman behind the counter wouldn't give us one and just kept asking for a penny. We stayed for 3 days, on the second day when the cleaning crew took out our dirty towels they didn't leave any clean ones.So we had to go back through the same penny episode. We had to wait until 6:00pm for the change of shift to get our towels. The next day the cleaning crew did the exact same thing! They took out the dirty ones but never replaced them with clean ones. The bathroom was not in good shape, the toilet was loose on its base, the shower curtain was too small for the tub and kept falling down, allowing the floor by both ends of the tub to be covered in water. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again even if it was the only one in the area that had a vacancy-I would rather stay in my car!

It had a queen sized bed. It was okay, just a cheap hotel. The air conditioner barely worked, the bathroom was in disrepair, no closet door (not that it matters), and creepy maid. But, it did have a nice bed.

Good value. Construction. The hotel was a good value. It is not the Hilton but it is not dirty either. It was a clean place to rest our heads. I would stay there again.

the room was non smoking but it smelled like smoke . need more towels but the man cleaning the room did not want to give them out he sent everyone that requested them to the office.

Both of the staff members I deal with were friendly and willing to share local knowledge regarding how to get around that really helped. The rooms were a bit small. It is a great place to go as a guest that has not been in this area for a while (especially since Katrina). The staff is willing to tell you easier ways to get to where you are going that you cannot find yourself.

Great location, close to everything. Housekeeping kept knocking on door even though Do Not Disturb' sign hanging on door handle. Can't beat the location as it's close to everything in the area. Housekeeping would not pay attention to 'Do Not Disturb' hanging on my door and kept knocking on my door to see if I wanted service. Also, when I returned to my room around 5:00 am, my door was open (not fully). I know I locked it when I left because I always check it. Nothing was missing (had laptop with me and it was out in the open plugged in), but it left me feeling very uneasy.

I liked nothing. Was not given the room that I requested. I will never stay there again. There were feces on the toilet and walls of the restroom, the room also smelled. I was given a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking room I was told there would be an additional charge. No extra pillows at all, they only have whets on the beds in the rooms. Worst 2 days of my life!
