It was close to were I needed to go. There was no clock, the lights didn't work. Something I'm not use to but I had some were to sleep, so I guess thats all that mattered.

Absolutely the worst; first they claimed no payment from Travelocity and I woulnd up double paying for 2 rooms and had to dispute my bill on credit card. Lock on door broken and twice had to gert maintenance to pen door otherwise we could break window to get out. Facility is a 50 year old HOJO that was there when I grew up there and lived 3 miles away. Do NOT even think of staying here; Days Inn should investigage because even for them this is the PITTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel needs major renovations and maintenance. The carpet in the room was filthy and required shoes or slippers to be worn at all times. The A/C units in the rooms were so loud they had to be shut off in-orded to sleep. I was very unhappy that the adult entertainment culb located at the entrance was not mentioned in any of the descriptions of the hotel, not exactly family friendly. I was so disappointed that I considered leaving but was unable to find any vacancies for the number ofrooms and dates I needed.

It is near to the highway, downtown and local attraction Atlantic Station. This hotel really needs to be renovated, it is old and worn, out of date and that affected my stay there. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable but the place was very old and run down. It is in desperate need of renovation and repair. The surrounding area is not great but is close to downtown and local attraction Atlantic station. We only stayed one night so it was bearable but anything longer than that would have been unbearable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I chose the Days Inn Northwest because I had stayed there last year on a similar trip to Atlanta. My fiance and I decided to return and selected the same hotel because it had been reasonable before. I'm sad to admit we now regret that decision. When we checked in, there were no towels in the room other than a wash cloth and two hand towels. We had been driving for twelve hours and could not shower. We called the front desk and they promised to bring us towels... but we didn't get any that day. We had to use hand towels to dry off after our showers. We called again the next day and the front desk again promised us towels, which one of the housekeeping staff was kind enough to provide us while on her rounds. We then remembered having the same issue--lack of towels--the year before. This year, it was not the only issue. We found a bug in one of the double beds as well as cockroaches in the alarm clock, in the bedroom trashcan, as well as one crawling next to the sink and one in the shower. It was rather disgusting. When I mentioned this to the clerk during checkout, he merely shrugged and told me I was good to go. There was no mention of an apology or any sort of partial refund to compensate for the failure to meet expectations. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this or any other Days Inn in the future.

Good location but horribly dirty. Id put a new pair of socks on and within two steps on their grotesquely unclean carpet Id need a new pair. ABSOLUTLY FILTHY! There was hair on the countertops, filth in the shower and all on the floor, and you could feel the springs in the bed. People partying next door over, and there was a lot of other rooms that we or they could have been accomidated in that was not beside us. Bad experience all in all. But i guess it wasn't next to a crack house like i read on many of the other reviews of neighboring hotels. Be careful in the cheap hotels that you choose!

Price. Room next to interstate highway andold bed. This hotel provides a low priced option within a $12 cab ride to the convention center.

The hotel wasn't super bad. The water didn't ever get super warm and there were a few tiny ants, but nothing super wrong. The staff was extremely helpful, and the hotel layout was very convenient. There is an excellent Waffle House on site that is also convenient, as well as a little gas station that's close. However, this area DID NOT feel safe. There were very shady people sitting on the steps outside of our room at one point and there was a police car that drove through the parking lot. It was all just a little shady. I wouldn't stay here again, but you really do get what you pay for. I would stay again if it weren't for the location.

hello, when i travel for business, i really dont care much about extra confort or special amenities because most of the time i spend it on meetings, expos etc... as i dont really care about extras, there should be a minnimum standard for a place called hotel, sucha as: -clean (no bugs) -someone to give you a wake up call -hot water all of the above are not met at this place.

The staff was friendly, Check in/out was easy. The wireless internet did not work, the shower didn't work. It was filthy. I would never stay at this hotel again, it looked as though it could (and may have) double as a crime scene. The wireless internet was nonexistent and the shower in our room did not work. Thank God we were only staying overnight.

This is the second review I have left as well....maybe this will get posted. I have no idea why Travel website even offers stays in places like this. The 1st room we were given had a 4 ft wet spot in the middle of the carpet...who knows what it was. Stains on the ironing board, faulty/shoddy wiring under the AC unit, peeling/water damaged ceiling and a door that had been kicked in more than a few times. We complained and were moved to a "suite". At least this was above the office in the main building so we felt a little safer. 1st night there we had a young couple that had been in the lobby all day ask if they could sleep in our car. On the 2nd night my husband went to get sodas. We had prepaid for the rooms and felt we'd never see the money again if we tried to move. We spent 30 minutes on hold with Days Inn to no avail. Sooooo glad I didn't have the kids with us. Worst hotel I've ever been in. One bright spot...an employee named X who was very helpful and seemed to know. Bottom line....DON'T BOOK IT!!!!!!

Nothing. Seeing ant and roach in the hotel room. I will suggest that something be done about the cleanliness of the hotel.

"This is the second time I have submitted this review of this hotel. For some reason, the online travel website has chosen to ignore this. I never got a response about the deplorable conditions. Sleeping on nearly exposed springs and a door that could not be locked from the girly show traffic is a reason for you to respond. We did what your directions said and we got a hefty bill. Thanks a bunch!"

I didn't really expect much for the price, so I can't complain too much. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and gave up accurate directions to the room. Unfortunately, when we got to the room I almost threw up it smelled so bad. We took showers and went to dinner. When we got back from dinner, we had to re-spray the room. We went to sleep and were up early the next morning to leave. There is no way that I would have been able to stay in the smelly room too much longer.

The hotel was in a good location for the things we wanted do. It was dirty, bed was unsafe andtub was stained.

We arrived at the motel and said, Are you kidding me? We went in, the clerk was nice, and happy. We got our key and proceeded to the room. Opening the door we said, YIKES. After bringing our bags in, we went looking for the Pool, only to ask a cleaning lady, and find out there ain't no pool here, ha ha ha. We were expecting our neices to arrive and go swimming, they were very disappointed, but their dad wouldn't have let them gone in that place. We looked for towels and there were no towels, bathmats, washclothes, nothing. There was a coffee machine stocked with what it needed, but nothing else. No blowdryer. We called for the towels, which were hand delivered, and on the small side. We were just feeling really gross in the room, so we took the key back up to the desk and checked out.

Convenient location and great staff. Wireless was infrequent at best and always very weak. The hotel is great, but worn. The carpeting in my room was quite old and the kitchen (I had a suite) was haphazardly furnished/arranged. The satellite TV would stall frequently and the wireless in my room was either non-existent or frustratingly weak.

A clean room, not the Ritz, but clean, helpful staff, a good night sleep. Inb Atlanta, GA the Days Inn at 1701 Northside Drive. When we walked in I was wary. There were dirty handprints on sink and hairdryer. It took 30 minutes of running the shower and the water was cold the entire time. When I called they said sometimes if a lot of people are taking showers the water is cold, but there were only about five cars in the entire lot and it was 11:00pm on a sunday, how many people are taking showers then? The TV kept going in and out and lines running across the screen. Also, under the cover the sheet did not stretch to cover my boyfriends side of the bed, so the dirty mattress was exposed. We werent too happy but my boyfriend and I were exhausted so we sucked it up and went to sleep. Around 1am I kept feeling something crawling in my hair. My boyfriend turned on the light and there was a cockroach on my pillow. At that point I said that is it. I don't care if we have to sleep in the car, it is better than this place. I explained this was unsanitary to the manager. we was very apologetic. He explained that some rooms are bettr than others. Well that was the TRUTH. He said grab your stuff and I will upgrade you for the night. He did upgrade us to a very nice king size bed, non smoking, no stains, no burns, no cockroaches and the tv worked. I said are you upgrading us for the night or all three nights and the manager said we could have it for all three nights. This was a nice stay. The buildings we first stayed in, well there were two. One that was ground floor only which looked so seedy that I think it was being rented out my the hour and our building a two story. I think this %^&*hole was a seedy motel that Days Inn bought, stuck their name on it, but did not want to invest in renovating the entire thing, so they just build one nice building which holds the lobby, conference area and the nicer rooms.I think it terrible what Days Inn has done and this needs to be addres
