This was going to be a family vacation to Marineland and Zooz in Niagara Falls. We looked in to get a room with hbo movies to watch at night. The advertising for this place "Days Inn" on advertised that there would be hbo movies on command for free! Yet there was only 3 channels and we watched the fishing show all weekend. They offered us a DVD player with about old 4 movies not even interesting for children. You would think that the Days Inn which is very popular and well marketed would at least offer more channels on TV than only 3; how dissapointing. Their hot tubs smelled weird like a child did something in there he wasn't supposed to and the water was yellow. There was also no fan in the bathroom so when you took a shower the floor and mirror was very wet. Then the air conditionning was to the max but there was barely any cool air comming out of it!!Also the rooms were very small for 2 queen beds in them. Their restaurant prices were unreasonalble!! It was very disapointing!!

We spent 5 days at this hotel and experienced poor customer service from the beginning of our stay until the end. From the moment we arrived, our room had a disgusting odor. We were not moved from our room for 3 days, despite voicing our concerns at least twice a day and were reassured everyday that it would be taken care of. Our room never had enough towels, the bathroom door would stick, no security lock on our door. We were prevented from speaking to the manager until the last day when I went to find her myself. Many other hotel guests had complaints, so it was not just us.

Our trip was great, we had an early check-in but our room was already ready. Friendly atmosphere, great food in the restarurant. The rooms were very clean. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The fireplace and jacuzzi suites. No balcony in room or windows that open, poor customer service, not clean. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had a very good experience, this time around I had a poor experience. Our room was not clean and we had asked to change rooms, but due to no availability we couldn't, which is fine but the front desk was suppose tocall us back and did not, the TV programs that are offered were not working and again the rooms dont have windows that open.

We only stayed here because we could not continue our stay at the Best Western next door. We were promised wireless internet access, but it was down all weekend. Previous guests' wet towels were still in our room. Calls to the front desk were repeatedly disconnected before actually talking to anyone. The TV only had about 5 channels, 3 of which were too fuzzy to watch -- not good when you're travelling with a 4-year-old. The pool was freezing cold and maintenance told me that a part was broken and on order and to not bother with the sauna as it was broken, too. Housekeeping never came to our room, so we had no clean towels as we had to use our room towels for the pool. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. They advertise in the rooms that they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but when asked how seriously they honored it, our request was ignored.Staff often behaved as if they were bored and clueless. The in-house restaurant advertises a breakfast buffet, but was closed when we went down at 10:30 am and looked like it hadn't been open at all that morning.Although it is an older building, paying attention to details (better TV reception, friendlier staff) would have made this a better experience.

Accommodated when they found I am handicapped. Hallways were dingy and needed updating. It was great for location and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

This is an old hotel with need for many improvements....hall rugs badly stained, no elevators but 4 storeys, tub tile cracked in many places, bathroom fans clogged with dust and not working, wallpaper in rooms needs replacement....on plus side....lots of parking, great pool, sauna and whirlpool, best rate on River Road

Very comfortable and convenient. We really enjoyed it. Our room wasn't cleaned completely by room service. We really enjoyed out stay at the hotel. It was nice and a convenient. It was only a mile from the falls, so we were able to see the attractions with ease. I would go back to this hotel in the future.

The hotel room was barely clean, we did have clean sheets. NO elavator so not good for those who are elderly or have a lot of Luggage. DON'T eat at the Frontier unless you have alot of cash for so-so service and food. We'd be better off paying an extra 20 to get what is basic at other Day's Inns

Staff was friendly and competent. The price was good. Room had water stained rug. Grout missing in bathroom shower stall. Room smelled, comforter dirty. Lock broken on sliding door leading to the outside. I did not like my stay because of basic cleanliness and safety. Room had water stained rug. Grout was missing in bathroom shower stall. The room had an odor. The comforter on bed was dirty. Lock broken on sliding door leading to the outside. Ceiling water stained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and competent, so the problems were management's fault.

It was in a safe area. There was no elevator. It was very nice and the staff was very professional. Over all, it worked out great. The shuttle passes that they gave us were also very useful and we greatly appreciated them giving those to us.

Very quiet, friendly personal, and we liked the fire place. There was no thermostat to control temp inside room it was either too hot or too cold. It was a nice hotel, I would recommend this too my friends.
