Decent place for the money. Located right off highway and near restaurants. It was good for the money and pretty clean. Hallway had a slight stale cigarette odor. Biggest complaint was small and crowded. Traveled with my wife and two little kids, so 4 in a room was cozy. Small room, small sink area, and breakfast area was especially small and crowded.

Very nice room. Motel is off the highway so there is no noise. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Would recommend this motel.

Went to my 50th Class Reunion. The spot was perfect and the price just great. My only complaint was that, as in many other places, front desk staff needs training. My phone was unplugged and I did not discover it until the next morning. I asked the front desk if I had any messages as I was expecting my brothers to call. They did not know how to find out if there were any messages for me as they hadn't been trained.

This was my first visit to the state of Wisconsin and I was traveling to meet a friend. I flew into CWA and my friend was unable to meet me at the airport, but the friendly hotel staff assured me there were arrangements available for me to picked up at the airport as they had a deal worked out with a transportation company. I was allowed to check in before check-in time and found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. Staying for 3 nights, I found the hotel to be a very secure feeling place with a beautiful walking park nearby along with several places to dine. It was a quiet location and I found it to be just wonderful. The maid service was very accomodating to my personal needs. I would love to return to the area for future trips. I would definitely stay at this same location again.

WiFi was good. It was a great stay. It was in a great location and worked well for us. It was nice to have WiFi and to be able to use the internet. I wish they would have a faster service as part of the stay. We had to pay extra for higher speeds. The higher speeds are nice to watch movies.

Price! Was given a smoking room, when I had requested non-smoking. Beds were very hard. Got a smoking room, when I had requested a non-smoking! Location was very out of the way.

Everything was clean and new To get to our room on 2nd floor we had to walk up 20 steep stairs and then down 5 stairs. This motel is not handicap friendly and not geared to elderly travelers.

We were in Wausau for the Badger State Games so the area was appealing. That is all. A friend stayed at this hotel and shared her disappointments with this place, so we wasted our money and stayed somewhere else where we felt at least the place is well kept and clean even though it wasn't as close to our sports venue. What a waste of money.

Nothing. Everything was poor. Uncomfortable beds, smells, just a overall terrible experience. This was one the worst hotels I've ever stayed in! Rooms were very small, beds were tiny, and uncomfortable. I contemplated on blowing up my inflate-a-bed and staying in my car. Just not a comfortable place to stay, I will never stay here ever again! I must say the lady at the front desk was very nice. She should get a higher paying job at a nicer hotel!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were uncomfortable, the rooms were small, and the rooms were very noisy. We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Although the front desk staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, the housekeepers ignored the privacy signs. The rooms were small and in disrepair (that is electrical outlet sticking out of the wall, stained carpeting). The beds were uncomfortable; there were insufficient pillows, and bedding. The walls were very thin. We could hear people both in the hallway and outside of our room. This included the hotel housekeeping staff, which conversed and laughed loudly in the hallways. The continental breakfast was above average. It included fruit, cereal, muffins, English muffins, juice, coffee, and milk. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Young ladyat check in. Continental breakfast was a joke, sparse. Ccomfortable beds, clean, wet floor all around heater/air conditioner I stepped in. Door ajar upon check in. Worst continental breakfast ever. TV remote didn't work.

Polite and helpful staff, good location. FM radio had bad reception almost none. Good, clean, comfortable hotel for traveler on a budget who doesn't need all the frills of a fancy hotel but does need a good nights sleep.
