Check_in was smooth except that even though the reservation was prre-paid throught Orbitz, they still wanted a Credit Card on file for "Incidentals". One of those incidentals was a $3.21 "Occupancy" fee. Why would I have booked the hotel room if I wasn't going to occupy it? The "free" breakfast was just enough cereal, coffee, juice & stale pastries to fill the bill. No extras here (not even bagels). Want some ice? 25 cents for half a room container of ice. Want a swim in the pool? As long as you don't mind the visible dirt, leaves, etc collected in the bottom that don't look like they have been cleaned for weeks. The room was clean and non-smelly, 1 bar of soap, no coffee for the coffee maker, 1 small bottle of shampoo. With just a little effort this could have been a 3+ star stay, but the corner-cutting puts it a 2 start at the best.

Beard hairs in the sink and a surly staff are just two of the reasons to AVOID this place. We booked a nonsmoking room but they had us down for smoking. They had no nonsmoking rooms. We needed to be close to a nearby airport and it was late so we were We asked them to help find us another hotel; ; they replied. "online travel website has your money," they lied. They pushed us to take a key. Desperate, we accepted but never moved in and immediately called online travel website as they suggested. Online travel website dialed the manager; he simply wanted our money and refused them. Online travel website would have found us another hotel if the staff agreed to refund our money. The manager knew he had us if we took the key.Thus the staff tricked us instead of being gentlemen. The bedclothes stunk of smoke. I did get to the corporate office of online travel website and reported their sleezy behavior. I am a teacher and my wife a minister so we are not difficult people.

clean and neat hotel, appears to have been recently painted and remodeled. easy access to the orlando attractions and the airport. great restaurants nearby. will definitely stay again

While the room was small, the service was good. Would have liked to see more towels out....but they were provided on request. Bathrooms very small. As we were not in the rooms much at all, it fit our needs.

We reserved this hotel mainly because they were a Pet Friendly hote, we reserved and pay with a credit card online . Whenwe got there the Front guest person, requested that they get a credit card "just in case we order something", no problem, we hand him my AMEX, next thing I know he was charging us $ per night for my dog, I stated that no-one have told us that there were a fee for a pet, My first reaction was to live and go across the street to the Regency but this person refused to return my credit card receipt. He stated that I have to be charge the $ make no difference if I go or not....in order to end the discussion I was willing to pay for one night only (my dog was having surgery and was going to be there only one night) The front desk in a very nasty way refused. I called online told them about the problem and they solve it. neverthe less I will never stay there.

The place was nice and clean and the location was good for our purposes. There was a good breakfast (although lacking peanut butter) and a pool (which we did not end up using.) However, there was a $3.21 "resort fee" that we had to pay on top of what we prepaid on orbitz. They don't have wireless but will give you a cord.
