Date of Stay:
July, 2009
We were in the area for a vacation and enjoyed our stay as we were able to get to points of interest for us. I did find that it was in a location that was hard to get to.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Bad area, lots of police activity and suspicious people lurking around. This hotel would be perfect if it were in a better part of town.
Date of Stay:
February, 2009
Booked on a online travel website, got to the hotel and the Owner said he had NO rsvp for us! The only room he had left was a smoking "honeymoon" suite. This "suite" was a joke!! Dirty with sex stains on the bedding, circle king size bed with strobing red lights (right out of the 70's!!), the smell was HORENDOUS!! We asked for a NON-smoking, queen size room. It took 1.5 HOURS to fix this problem and we ended up going to a different hotel! I would tell you to find a different area and hotel! This is a scarey place to stay!!

I was there for 2 nights as I had business downtown, room was nice and clean, staff was super with directions. will be back when in the area!!

We needed a place to stay near the concert we were going to see. Basically we just needed a few beds. The beds and sheets weren't the greatest to sleep on but they were okay. I have met friendlier hotel staff while traveling but the people weren't disrespectful by any means. I would recommend this hotel to those that just need a cheap place to sleep four people.

Everything was very clean & very easy to find. The water was only cold and not hot. A great place for the money. Would definitely stay there upon return to Nashville. Only complaint was shower was cold but everything was very clean & the beds were comfortable.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
The room is Okay and the service is fine. If you need just the place to sleep, it's not too bad.

The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The location was ideal for the sight-seeing that I wanted to do. The wireless worked well the whole weekend. No issues connecting throughout the weekend. The only negative is that requested a non-smoking and when I arrived I had to stay in a smoking room because they did not have a non-smoking room available. If you reserve a certain that should be what you get.

we took a ride on the General Jackson Riverboat and had dinner while on it and also a fantastic show. Also went to the Opry Mills Mall and then to the Grand Ole Opry.Took a tour of downtown Nashville and also a tour of the Country Music Stars homes. Had a great time.

Location & the price. They put us in a smoking room and we did not smoke. I argued with the front desk person that we cannot stay in a smoking room! I have very severe asthma. He also said that this was their only room available when we checked in! I told him to book us on another Day's Inn in the city but he said they are all independently owned and he cannot do that for us.

Staff friendly and accomidating, very clean, little noise, will definately consider staying there again!

Pretty much just an overnight stay. Clean, comfortable, and good price.

Bathrooms had been recently redone. Disappointed about the distance away from Opryland. Basic no-frills hotel on the North side of town about 4-5 miles from Opryland.
Date of Stay:
November, 2007
When we checked in to the hotel, we were given 2 "smoking rooms" and when we requested "non-smoking" rooms we were charged an additional fee. The rooms we ended up with were clean and the beds were comfortable. Easy access to main highways to town and a breakfast place right next door.
Date of Stay:
July, 2009
We only stayed a single night there but it was nice and quiet. But it was nice to just stop in on our road trip and have a place that was clean and easy to find. The room was small but big enough for what we needed. The weather was wet but some of the most beautiful rain I've seen. We had a great stay.

Close to highway 65/ and work, and it is cheap. The general area/neighborhood. Good for business traveler like me who is looking for a cheap place to stay during week days? Free internet access is a plus. The free donut and coffee are just ok.

This has got to be one of Nashville's best hotel secrets! It is a car to door hotel but it's not bad at all. I felt safe and pleased with the amount of work I was able to get done in my hotel room. Great access right off of the highway and very clean rooms. The hotel staff, a family I believe, was working hard at some hotel construction-improvement project when I was there. You could tell that they take a great deal of pride in their work and providing quality lodging. I would stay here again!

There wasn't much to the breakfast and the dining area is very small. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was clean with a nice size fridge. It's very close to Opry Mills

I like the location in comparison to our travel route. They charged me extra to get 2 beds. I was disappointed in this hotel and this is only the 2nd bad experience. The room was fairly comfortable, they had a microwave and refrigerator in the room which was a good thing since their continental breakfast only included stale donuts, juice and coffee. The one man that I saw at both check in and check out was not pleasant and argued with me. I already felt I had paid too much for this room and to have to pay extra to get two beds didn't sit well with me.

The staff was friendly, but I did not get any movie channels that were promised by them and the hotel is near the interstate, so it was noisy all the time.
