elevator was out because of "lightening strike." springs were coming through the mattresses. we received a call from the front desk at 11:03 am to tell us that the check-out time wast 11:00 am. overall a terrible experience.

Location was o.k. Did not like hotel workers. Our business trip ended a day earlier than we had anticipated. And when we told them so, they refused to refund our last night even though we were leaving a day early. Will never pay cash up front for room again that was not right.

Location to stadium. Everything!! I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was horrible. They acted like it was major effort to even speak. The hotel is in need of a major update. The continental breakfast was stale and the milk was warm. Unless you are desperate I would not stay here.

It was clean and the staff was very nice. I couldn't get the wireless internet to work with my laptop. I got in around 11:00 and the staff was very friendly and kept the pool open late so I could get in a swim before bed. Everything was very clean.

The room was very large. There were only smoking rooms available. The bathrooms were outdated. We did not enjoy this hotel at all. We came in and there was a large party going on in the lobby. Our room smelled like an ashtray and we couldn't wait to leave in the morning.
