I used the room just to get sleep. It was comfortable. The TV worked well. Nice towels and the sheets seemed clean.

The look of the room was old. Just not happy with it at all.

After a recent storm the range of their (outdoor) WiFi antenna was quite limited. They had no problems in moving me to a room closer to the antenna so I could catch up on some work. Hopefully it will be sorted out properly - soon.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
Mattress was completely worn out. Electric sockets didn't work. Continental breakfast was "spartan " at best. Staff was friendly

Room dusty, no coat rack, ironing board but no iron, missing hooks from window curtain allowing others to see in the room. Broken key card used for battery cover on the tv remote - had to hold them in w/your hand to operate. Broken, dirty, dusty air conditioner. Low wattage bulbs lights that were operable. Called front desk, no answer. Hung up ad walked to office and employee on cell phone w/personal call. Continued conversation. After 1st night several customers, to include myself, key card inoperable. I forfeited my last night. I am over 30 and have used this hotel chain on many occasions but I have never stayed in any hotel in this condtion. I forfeited my last night.

Good location. Rooms not very nice. For our destination of the hotel, the location was great. We were near many restaurants and plenty of shopping and the area seemed pretty safe. However, the rooms leaved a lot to desire. There were cobwebs in the corner on the ceiling, several places where the wallpaper was torn, a bug in the sheets when we first took them off, then two more were seen overnight, which means many more were present but stayed hidden.
Date of Stay:
July, 2007
The room was filthy and smelled bad. My feet were black from walking on the carpet. The linoleum was greasy and slippery. Wall paper was tearing off the wall. The internet connection was down the entire time. When I addressed by dissatisfaction with the hotel staff, they were rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel.

This Days In was comfortable. Nothing special, but if you are looking for a cheap, one-night stay close to the Dayton Intl. Airport, this is your place.

The bed, shower, pool. Door lock would not hardly work, snack machines broke. The lady at the desk said we just had to play with the door to get it open cause they just fixed it. Supposedly no smoking or drinking in the pool area, but everybody in there was!
Date of Stay:
July, 2007
Burned out light bulb in lamp between the beds, Inside of the room entry door was dirty/paint in bad condition, Tissue box in bathroom was rusty, Water damage with mold growth in bathroom, Diffuser and controls access door in PTAC were missing, Wallpaper and vinyl baseboard falling off the walls, Walls dirty, Bathroom wood trim was dirty, Light switches were dirty, Toilet would not flush without holding the handle down, Bathtub tile/grout in poor condition, Pool was closed, Could not get wireless internet signal in room, The breakfast serving area was not clean and looked ""run-down"".
Date of Stay:
September, 2007
This was a cheap motel. Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but reeked of stale smoke. A/C unit overly noisy, needed ear plugs. Carpeting was old and dirty, mattress was way past its prime. The only bright spot was the free breakfast. Unless you are on a very tight budget, look elsewhere.
Date of Stay:
May, 2008
Friendly staff! Old looking but clean rooms. For the price it was not exceptional.

I will never recommend this place, Days Inn should clean this place up, it is filthy. When my husband and I checked out at the desk it had a sign up saying "condemmened" and we had to pay alot of monety to stay here even with that sign up. The staff is rude.......don't stay here people........find another place........this is a real dump!

The best thing about the hotel is its proximity to a lot of restaurants, WSU & Wright Patt air force base museum. If you wanna stay cheap and don't worry too much about ambience/looks of a hotel this should be fine. I stayed for one night and didn't worry too much about the hotel so it was cool. If you are on low budget this hotel will serve your purpose.

Close to many restaurants. A darker appearance within the room and poor lighting with older beds. When I travel I look forward to just relaxing in the evening. The evening staff was not professional and wasn't informed.
Date of Stay:
April, 2007
Room was dirty, mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable. Room was in a state of disrepair. Front desk person was rude and very unhelpful. Total experience with this motel, worst I have ever had. Days Inn should be embarrased to have their name associated with this motel.

This Day's Innn is very old and in need of updating. In comparison to other lodging in the immediate vicinity, this place does not begin to meet the standards of the area.
Date of Stay:
June, 2007
The hotel had free wireless Internet and limited continental breakfast. The pool closed two hours before scheduled and the breakfast had too few choices.
Date of Stay:
May, 2007
Not clean, out dated, not maintained. Mattress was worn out. Bathroom was not clean, Toilet not properly attached to floor. Slow drains. Needs to be updated and cleaned. I would not recommend this property.
Date of Stay:
