The hotel was clean and friendly. The only thing I found was that a few light bulbs were out...no big deal. Great kitchen, even had dishes and utensils. Good coffee, nice breakfast.

Only location, close to our charity tennis tournament. Plastic on the mattress, heard it every time you move, got ant bites on my leg and arm.

Our room was always kept very clean. The location was good in that it was centrally located, i.e., not far from Clearwater Beach or Honeymoon Island, or shopping. The free continental breakfast was minimal though. We would stay again.

This motel was ridiculously unacceptable. We checked in and got our key and quickly went to a scheduled activity. The staff was pleasant and friendly. We did not actually go into the room until 10pm. We were absolutely mortified! It was so very dirty. The carpet was not vacuumed and appeared to have not been vacuumed for weeks. The tub had hair in it, the towels were dirty and there was a horrific smell in the room. There was no way that we could stay in such conditions. My 26 year old son's comment was .... "Mom I woud sleep in the parking lot before I slept in this room." The clerk offered to switch us to another room, but I felt this likely reflected their housekeeping standards in other rooms as well. The smell was horrible. Stay away. We left in search of another motel for the night.

Great location and a great place for the money. This hotel had a nice fresh Art Decco look and this was our second stay here. The place looked well maintained and clean. The pool was a fun place to hang out in the morning. The front desk staff were excellent and the housekeeper was very accommodating whenever we asked for anything. We have stayed at places much more expensive but our beds at this place were amazing. They had theses plush pillowtop beds that made us feel like we were in heaven. No joke. We had a regular king room but we were pleasantly surprised to have a refrigerator and microwave in our room. I was able to jump on my laptop with the fast wifi in our room while my wife was able to use their internet computer in the lobby. There was plenty of parking even though the place was full. The breakfast was pretty decent. The room was very clean and the air conditioning was nice and cool. Tons of great shopping nearby also kept my wife entertained. We didn't know this before but you have to check out Caladesi Island beach just 15 minutes away which was ranked the number one beach in America this year. Overall we had a great stay and definitely plan to do it again.

I can't think of anything I liked about this hotel. The room reeked of orange cleaner the entire time, but somehow still managed to be filthy.

We had a very wonderful stay at his pretty little hotel. The art deco style and clean lines was a welcome change from other places I have stayed. The landscaping was lush and tropical. Parking was plentiful and convenient next to our room. The front staff and housekeepers were very friendly and accommodating with any of our requests. The rooms were clean and looked very appealing with their neutral tones. There were plenty of TV stations & HBO for the whole family. Thank goodness for all the vending snacks and the washers & dryers on the property. It made out family stay much more convenient. The pool was fun and kept the kids busy all day. The location was in the heart of the all the restaurants and malls and close to the beaches and also Tampa. We got a good deal on the room and would absolutely stay here again even at full price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Clearwater.

The hotel smelled slightly moldy, and something in the room brought on allergy attacks in both me and my daughter.

Stayed here 2 nights with family. Nice front desk staff helped us find some good places to eat. Room was comfortable and looked newly redone. Breakfast was pretty decent but got a little crowded. Free computer with internet in lobby helped us with our planning. Dryer in laundry was out of order but the front desk had the housekeepers take care of it. Central location helped with all the family activities.

About 15 minutes north of Tampa, if you want to stay near the airport don't stay here. We decided to stay here to save money. And, we got what we paid for. The hotel was old. My brother and I were laughing because of the three lights avaiable in the main area of our hotel room, only one worked. And that light magically came on in the middle of the night--must have been a short. The TV controller had tape on the back to keep the battery in. Also, the alarm clock was ancient and didn't work. The continental breakfast was ok, but it was humorous that they ran out of napkins and indicated that I could go get paper towels out of the bathroom. Yeah, I want to wipe my face with something from the restroom. Also, they provided oranges that had various brown spots, some of them as large as quarters. My brother and I laughed this one off as well because we thought Florida was the home of the orange. After all, we were heading to the Orange Bowl later that day. We know better now. However, I will say that the staff was overall very nice and knew the area. They just don't have much to work with.

All you ever hear is horror stories,but finally I can put my name to an excellent visit. The staff couldn't of been more helpful,courteous,and most of all RESPECTFUL ! They referred to me with my name,would let me know regarding my phone calls in person. I feel that they truely do take pride and again respect in their efforts to make our stay the best it could possibly be. I wouldn't hesitate to stay whenever I'm in the area or not ! Well, My girlfriend have a very strong recommendation for this hotel. so, staying in there was the best place for her. over all I think she was very please to stay there for that week end.

Really helpful staff and clean room. I travel a lot for business and since times are tight, I've had to stay at two star hotels instead of three plus star places. My check in took just two minutes and the front desk clerk was very courteous and friendly. The exterior was nice and fresh. I expected a 2 star king room but was really surprised how nice it was. Not only was room and bathroom really clean and roomy but the bed was a really comfortable pillow top. The sofa and work desk were a nice amenity for me being a business person. While talking to the front desk clerk, she mentioned they just got new management and just had renovations done. The free WiFi was really fast and the numerous TV channels and HBO was entertaining. Breakfast was also pretty good for a hotel at this level. I would definitely be back again.

The rooms were moldy, only got a little fry pan to cook with when we were a family of 3 so didn't get to cook, had to eat out whole time. Staff very friendly though and close to any restraunt but very busy road. The kids loved the pool

Friendly & helpful staff, inviting clean room, great location, good amenities. None. This was one of our best stays at this hotel brand. The front desk and staff was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, parking was ample and the place looked attractive. The microwave and refigerator in our room was a plus. We were glad to have access to a computer with internet access in the lobby. Well worth the money.

The two young ladies at the front that actually apoligized many times for all inconveniences. Service, housekeeping, maintenance (mold in coffee pot, told to use bathroom in front desk). Absolute nightmare! Could not use toilet facilities. Sitting fecal matter flooded toilet! Mold in coffee pot! You be the judge. I have pictures etc.
