We reserved a room for three bcuz we were traveling with our 11yoa child. The room only had one single king bed. The staff said Orbitz never notified them that a child was the THIRD person so they didn't give us a room with extra bed. We could get a roll-away for extra cost! They couldn't change room bcuz they were full. Computer area had no chair-had to use ottoman. Plus no elec plug near the computer area. A/C fan would not shut off. Knob was broken.

Location. Lack of cleanliness and overall condition of the room. I will not stay there again unless it is under new management and has a make over.

Greeted by hotel clerk, loudly in front of everyone in lobby, "oh there you are, I was just trying to call you, your credit card didn't go through". I only used that card for the reservation, my mother in law was planning to pay for the room when we arrived and I was concerned that she was trying to run the card before we ever checked in. She replied "oh we need that in case you didn't show up". It was pretty embarrassing to hear the giggling and snickering of the other customers in the lobby. Other than the front desk clerk who needs training in tact, the room, hotel lobby were quite tiny and cramped, but clean enough. Breakfast was good enough, nothing special, again very tiny dining area. The only thing going for this hotel is the location. I probably will try another hotel next time as this was my first hotel experience in Norman, but not the last.

The hotel was average, personnel in the breakfast serving area - [...] was very efficient, keeping supply of food available, cooking waffles and serving customer with a friendly manner. The hotel was renovating the outside, painters blocked the parking area at some point, but was relatively quiet even though across from car lot sales, and highway noise was minimal. The shower was good and bath clean. The towels were a little "scratchy", but plentiful. We were visiting family in Norman and so only accessed the hotel for rest and changing clothes, all in all was satisfied with accomodations.

For the price, it was about what I expected, room was very convient. Construction made it hard to find and hard to get to the first time. I was only there a short time, it had all that I needed, I was please to have a frig and internet in a economy priced room.

I travel to Norman alot for our horseshows. I have stayed twice now at this perticular hotel and both times, the people at the front desk were rude and nasty. When having a problem concerning any matters, they just dont want to hear it and one of the worst hotels I have ever encountered. PLEASE BECAREFUL when staying there !! Not only nasty but no security either

Toilet had stool on it; drapes torn and unattached from rod in places so that they would not completely cover window; carpet visibly dirty with numerous stains; towels and linen old and dingy and questionably dirty. I reseved non-smoking room and at check-in signed form which stated I would pay $100 fine if I smoked in the room. The room reeked of smoke and had an ashtray on the table. The desk clerk said the reservation was for a smoking, king and refused to move me because all that was available was a non-smoking double which rented for more. I told her I would pay the difference, but she said she could not move me because the reservation had been via Orbitz. When I asked why I was asked to sign the non-smoking agreement for a smoking room, the clerk told me that "everyone has to sign the non-smoking agreement." My reservation clearly stated non-smoking which I brought to her attention but she was unwilling to correct the matter. Even though I had prepaid for two nights, non-refundable, I moved to another hotel.

Close to I-35. Room was shabby & small. I was disappointed in the appearance & size of the room. The room needed a face lift. I would not recommend staying here.

I was disapointed with the, so called, complementry breakfast. This will be the reason I would not recommend this motel to friends. Most of my friends, like me, would rather pay a little more and receive a complementry breakfast, than try to find a suitable restaurant in an town and area we are not familiar.

Quiet and comfortable. Could not get my DVD player to work with the TV in the room. Only spent one night here, but the staff was friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast was excellent.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and seemed well kept up. Overall, our stay was peaceful and pleasant. The staff was outstanding, the best I have seen in quite some time. We will proably stay there again on our next visit.

Economy, accessibility, cleanliness. Dated. We were only there to sleep, so it met our needs. We would stay there again. Cleanliness and economy are our primary interests. We would recommend it to others.

Check-in was easy; room was ready & reasonable clean. Motel did not have the Dallas Cowboys game on their cable! The room was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Turning on the heat immediately set off the smoke alarm! The price was too high for the quality received.
