The location was great for seeing the Falls and visiting the casino. The room was OK. They forgot to give us glasses and the complimentary toiletries. The lobby needs new funiture badly. The experience was good for a one night stay.

It was close to falls and nice staff. Abit dirty and old. This hotel could be better if they put in new carpets and wall paper. I liked that we could control theAC ourselves. I would stay here again if I was going to the falls with friends. The staff was helpful and friendly.

This is an old hotel and yes they have recently recarpeted the place but the beds are hard, the towels are OLD and most of ours were a very dingy yellow! Our "city view" room was a big window that opened up to a open lot that at busy times you can pay to park there! It is the closest hotel to the border - as soon as you get off but there are nicer hotels within walking distance to the falls and casino. The pop/water machines were all empty the 2 1/2 days we were there and we never found the ice machines! The elevators are scary - very noisy and rickety! Not much staff and not very helpful. The Dennys on site is nice but WAY over priced (over $20 for 2 peoples simple breakfast) although we had no complaints with the food or staff there. The parking lot under the hotel was a little freaky with trash all over and the ceiling looked like it was caving in. The ground floor parking has cat food cans and water dishes all over! The pool area we never went to but no one was ever in there and it was in the basement! There are no signs that tell you where the pool and fitness room even are! This was our first trip to Niagara for our 20th anniversay & we will go back but we will NOT stay at this hotel! I am just glad we did not spend much time there! I guess you reall do get what you pay for - although once we were there you can find better hotels for what we paid - make sure you really look and read the reviews!!

My family went to Niagara Falls in the Winter and can't wait to go back in the summer. The hotel was doing some renovations and the lobby was cold from the doors being open, but that ended early in the day. Our room had new furniture in it and the tub looked great (told it was redone). They do have a Denny's that the prices are high, but most hotels are expensive. There was a coffee maker in the room and the staff provided extra coffee for us. Could have used a fridge. We did have to ask for extra towels, but found the overall time to be great! The front desk was helpful and very polite. I spoke with a manager who told me when to come back to avoid the crowds but see the sights and ride the boat (she said June or Sept during the week). My husband and I went to the Casino, it was about 3 blocks to walk, but we took the car as it was really cold (free parking at Casino)We have booked here again for our June stay.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the falls. The park was only a walking distance from the hotel. Nice pool and the Denny's downstairs was very convenient also. On the negative side, the carpets were very dirty and some updating needs to be done. The parking was ok, but there was way too much construction going on. I think the price was a bit too high for the quality of the room that you are getting.

Excellent location and very close to Niagara falls. Smell of smoke in corridors. This hotel was very conveniently located at a walking distance from the Niagara falls. Most of the attractions like the Maid of the mist boat ride and the observation deck.

My partner and I stayed here from 10/06/08-10/11/08. We arrived late Monday night and found that our room was on the 6th floor. So we unloaded the car, and took the elevator up. It was very rickety and I did not think we would make it. But we did, and we entered rm 624 which was right next to the elevator. After unpacking and showering, I walked barefoot on the rug and noticed it felt gritty. I looked at my feet and they were dirty. Then I went over to the bed and proceeded to get it ready and found a long brown hair on the sheets. So I looked at the pillows and there were more. Then I lifted the sheets and found more on the mattress pad. I immediately went down to the desk and told them about it. The guy there asked if wanted to change rooms but we were really tired so I asked for more linen. He said housekeeping wasn't there. I was so tired I told him I'd make the bed myself. Then when the girl brought the sheets, she gave us two flat sheets and only two pillow cases. Finally, my partner stormed down to the desk. She asked for a mattress pad, two more pillow cases and a fitted sheet which we got except for the mattress pad. Our request to talk to the manager took about two days and all we got from him was half off for Friday and 15% off Denny's! Also, get an odd floor if you want close to the ice machine. So we stayed but if you have other choices, avoid this one. It is close to the falls though so at least we saved on gas. But when we go back, Days Inn is blackballed.

The location is great just one block away from Niagara falls. But the rooms are really old ... even the beds and towels.Denny's is close by ... which was really great.

The hotel is walking distance to the falls and the seneca casino. That is the only thing it has going for it. Firstly there's an entrance to Dennys in the lobby. The lobby was packed with people coughing and looked like a hospital waiting room upon arrival. The elevator buttons were all broken and the carpet was soaked with god knows what... The elevators and hallways smelt like death. The bedding was starchy to the consistency of cardboard and i got a weird rash from using the bath towel. They even demanded my room keys upon checkout. Also the parking garage looked like world war 3, scattered with tons of trash and about 200 used mattresses and other abandoned hotel furniture. My girlfriend laughed at the fact that miraculously my car was still there and undamaged upon departure This hotel was absolutely disgusting and I am ashamed to have stayed there.

Within walking distance to our needs. Elevators needed maintenance & too many people hanging around in the lobby. Met our needs and was conveniently located.

There are many reasons for which i liked Days Inn at the Falls Hotel. Here are some 1. Very much near to Niagara Falls (Hardly 3mins walk from Hotel to Falls). 2. Rooms were very clean and no complaints. 3. Service was good and Staffs are very friendly. 4. Worth for the price we paid. 5. Has Halal Mobile Food and Punjabi Hut Indian Restaurant are very close to this Hotel (one minute walk) and also Hotel has Restaturant inside

Easy to walk to Niagara Falls and the state park. A great value and close to rainbow bridge to Canada. The state park has a good value for sightseeing with trolly bus, maid of the mist boat ride and much more. Easy walk to Canada for sightseeing, Denny's at motel provides food 24 hours a day. A good value for your money, but I could not see the falls from my room.

I wish the pictures were more reflective of what I walked into. Most of the staff is unfriendly. The travel/tourist counsellor actually obnoxious and the reception actually aloof. I would be heitant to stay there, leave along recommending someone else

Good location. Rundown hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was rundown and we only had 4 cable channels.

First, we were put on the 6th floor. Elevator #1 didn't open up on the 6th floor. Elevator #2 did open up, but neither elevator would come back up and open once you were on the 6th floor, so we had to take the stairs down to the 5th floor to get down. Lots of mold in the bathroom. The stopper for the tub is kept in the soap dish. The television only worked on 1/2 the channels. The beds are worn out and sag bad. The people at the front desk were very rude. It is obvious that the owners are bleeding the place and not putting in money for maintenance. Don't stay at this dump. There is a Denny's located in the hotel, but prices are twice what you would pay at other Denny's.

When i came here as a family in august, we were expecting a descent hotel since we paid 120 PER night for 2 double beds. When we got there, the staff was okay, but when we got up to our room, there were crackers on the ground beside the beds and the washroom was downright disgusting. tiles were dirty, bathtub was stained. The next day when we came back, the crackers were still beside the beds.... The only good thing was the location and the view that is it. I will definitly never ever stay here again.

I can't believe they get away with being open, with the prices they charge. Half a mile away, on the Canadian side, they charge you less and the quality is ten times better. They should not even have a star. In addition, their staff was incredibly rude. The only friendly people we met in the hotel were the other tourists. I have traveled to many locations, many outside of US but I have not encountered such a bad display. I was embarrassed that this situation was possible in the US. I would have understood if this was possible in a third world country, but not in the US and in such a big tourist destination. Very disappointing

We came to Niagra Falls on a family trip. We were glad on how close the hotel was to everything, but the hotel was not impressive. The bathtubs were stained and peeling. The staff was not very friendly, accept the cleaning lady who provided us with enough towels after we called down to the front desk and asked for some more and they never came until we went down to complain. The pool was cloudy. The carpets and bedspreads were stained. Suggestions on how to improve: put money back into the hotel and close one floor at a time to renovate.
