There are more than one Days inn hotels near each other so we "got lost" getting there. But the experience was great! We even stayed an extra night(which was much more expensive since it was a weekend) in order to go on a winery tour that was well worth it. I do recommend staying on weekdays if possible however. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us an extra large ice bag for more ice and less trips. Concierge was very friendly and helpful, they were able to answer many of our questions, recommend tours that we didn't even see advertisements for, and even made reservations for us at the skylon tower (no phone charge). Room was large, clean, and beds extremely comfortable. Free Parking but small lot even with extra lot. short walk (with in a mile) to falls, amusements, casinos, most attractions in the area, food, souvenir shopping. Pool looked clean and well taken care of all though we did not use it. Breakfast area was a little small but staff cleaned tables quickly and filled foods efficiently. If you want a larger breakfast there is Dennys next door as well as many other breakfast/lunch/dinner locations. Note: All though attractions take either Canadian or American Dollars, it pays to convert your money into Canadian (at least right now).

We had requested a non-smoking room and there were not any available at check-in. The sink in our room was broken but was fixed very quickly. Great location. Short walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls.

Very comfortable beds. This hotel was great. It was perfect for what I was looking for. It was very clean and very comfortable. I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillows. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure. The Continental breakfast was suitable and filling. It contained items like cereal, bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt, and dough nuts. We received free parking and the hotel had free wireless Internet in its lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, we relaxed in the sauna. It is just a very short walk to the Clifton Hill area and attractions. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations.

The hotel wasn't anything special.... said to be new ... i wonder ... renovated perhaps. a very european flare .. no obvious signs of dirt .. but i had a non smoking room that did smell of cigarettes especially in the closet. The staff was attentive but standoffish. However, with that said my kids were very comfortable and said ' can we come back here to this hotel this room, again ' So... kid comfort.. seems to be A+. Near the falls but a bit more of a walk then many... but located far enough from the main streets to allow for rest. i'd overall say ... B ... B-.

the hotel only had 1 elevator for 7 floors so we were always waiting for it. the 1 ice cube machine was on the lobby floor so you always had to go down to the lobby for ice.

It was close enough to all the attractions we could walk there. The breakfast room was too small to accommodate everyone. I would recommend this hotel. The free parking was a plus.

Well, the bathroom sink handle had mold growing inside the clear top, maids could see it clear as day, why it was not cleaned I have no idea! The non-fitted (flat) sheets always came off the bed and you were left laying on the mattress!!!! Nasty!!! The TV only got 7 channels! No channels for kids! Not kid friendly at all. Room was just old. Price was high for the condition it was in. Should have stayed at the Marriott for a few more. I read the other 2 reviews and stayed based on what they wrote?!? Where did they stay?

The staff were so friendly. They gave us great suggestions on where to eat, called taxis for us, and our room was so clean. We would go back again.

Like the title says, our stay was decent. We were able to walk in and get a room on a Wednesday at about 5 pm. We got the jacuzzi suite...which was not heart shaped like they advertised but thats no biggie. A little odd that there were mirrors everywhere in our room, including over the bed, and there was no shower, just a shower hose/head over the jacuzzi. TV was small and only about 5 clear channels. Air conditioner randomly started to rattle, we had to keep turning it off and back on in the middle of the night. Halls and our drapes had a faint smokey smell. Free breakfast was cool, we didn't use the pool nor pool table, inconvenient ice on first floor (we were on 6th). Definately not a great stay nor bad stay.

Not a bad spot for the price. My mattress needed to be replaced, the fan in the bathroom did not work, so you get that musty smell. But the room was clean.

The location was good, everything was close by. The bathrooms are very small. The vent was not working. Overall, good hotel for the money and for a short trip. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed on a Saturday night in August. The area was extremely crowded and the hotel was very pricey. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very nice. The check in was very fast and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. We were disappointed the room did not have a refrigerator in it. The noise level in the morning was rather loud. We could hear a lot of noise in the hallway outside our door and were awaken sooner than we would have liked. The prices for food and activities are quite expensive in the area. We ate dinner across the street at TGI Friday's. It cost our family of four * to eat there. Activities also are expensive and it is very easy to spend a lot of money in a short time doing just a few activities.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It would have helped if the gray line stopped by to take you to various areas. Even better if the hotel had its own SUV. The location was good. It was close to the falls.

Conveniently located, walking distance to everything. Not a lot of parking available, get there early and park your vehicle. Hotel was very clean and attractive. Staff was also very nice and helpful would stay there again.

Hotel room was clean and nice. Check in and out was fast and easy. There was a continental breakfast in the a.m. which was nice. The location was good, with walking distance to just about everything. The area itself was busy, but the hotel was just far enough from the noise of the night action. There is a variety of things to do and see, but it is basically in one general area. The Falls are beautiful and we lucked out to be there on a Wednesday when they had fireworks over the Falls. Good stay...would go back again.

Hotel was clean and the room was nice. However, TV only had 3 channels. Not enouh soap or towels were provided. Had to make many requests for these types of things.

Nice bedding. No safe, no fridge or microwave, not enough toiletries.

Hotel just a couple of blocks from all the action. Close enough to enjoy all the attractions yet far enough away that all the rowdies didn't keep us up at night. Television channels had a little to be desired, but we used it very little, only in the eveneing after total exhaustion.Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom a little small and it would have been nice to have a coffee maker, but we brought a hot pot and made our own. Overall was a great trip with good accommodations. Would stay there again.

My wife and I were celebrating 21 years of Mariage. We had a great time. the staff was always helpful and the room always clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large. The heart shaped tub was a great surprise and very relaxing. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see. The continental breakfast was great. We would recommend this to anyone. And the price was right as well.
