The staff & breakfast are awesome. Nothing. I have already recommend this hotel to family, friends because of the staff and breakfast. The breakfast was great everything needed for a well rounded meal, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, toast fresh juice. The staff is just wonderful.

It was in a convenient location.

Dirty, old, outside entrance. The hotel should not be a two star. It's a one star. It was dirty and old. The bed, carpet, fixtures were filthy and dirty. We had a hard time trying to sleep because of the filth.

Clean. Night desk guy very short and rude. Nice and Clean. The soap isn't very good. Missing microwave no iron. Had to get up front from hotel clerk. Breakfast was microwaved scrambled eggs.

Had a fridge in room. Looked older. The staff was friendly. Good value for the price. Surprised it actually had a fridge in the room, which was nice.

Economical. Pool was very small and the hot tub smelled like cigarette smoke. There should be a better pool area. Older kids or younger ones for that matter would like to swim in a bigger area.

Unhelpful staff, poor quality of room and linens. Stinks - will never stay there again.

Kind ofsmoky smelling rooms. Good hotel in New Braunsfel for the price.

Location was great. Mustache hair in the sink. Toilet leaked and ran intermittently; Hairson the floor; pillows smelled. Disappointing at best. Room had a musty smell and did not feel clean. Found mustache trimmings in the sink. There was a big hair ball on the floor. The location was great and it felt safe even though it was an outside entrance.

It was old but fairly clean, It has a refrigerator and safe. It's old, had hammer marks on the door, only assessable from outdoors.

The King size room had a love seat which made doing business in the room convenient as well as a refrigerator. No soap in the room upon arrival. We travel to New Braunfels, Texas several times a year on business. We have stayed in several different motels in the area and by far this was our most positive experience. The value, comfort, and friendliness put this establishment at the top.

Had in room refrigerator and microwave. I had to pay extra to change from a smoking room to nonsmoking room. When I arrived I was advised I was in a king, smoking room. I wanted a non-smoking, double bed.

October, 2008
Free continental breakfast; comfortable beds. Noisy from the interstate traffic. A lot of difference - it's an older hotel, rooms are to the outside, so may be a safety issue to some. There was no iron in my room; we had to get one (and an ironing board) from the office and to them to our room ourselves! For the price, the hotel was probably worth it.

Its amenities were nice - refrigerator, internet. The bathtub was not very clean. The hotel is great. It is close to restaurants and attractions, is easy to get to and from with a back road. The breakfast is standard free breakfast food.

Refused reasonable accomodation change because of policy.

The location. The counter guy was unwilling to solve the issues. Unfriendly staff. Had to wait half an hour in the parking lot till they finished cleaning. Cleaning staff was nice, lobby computer helped me with directions. Overall poor.
Date of Stay:

Conveniently located around dinning locations. Rooms had heavy smoke smell had requested non-smoking. Ok for being on the cheap side.

I appreciated the couch & refrigerator. Again, the staff was rude. I thought the room we stayed in & location of the hotel were decent. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable. I did not appreciate the poor attitude of the staff members. Housekeeping left us no towels for the second night (and they took our used towels). The front desk staff was less than helpful. On our second day of a 3-day stay our room keys had been deactivated - the front desk staff blamed it on me - twice! I most likely will not go back.

Very clean. Just do not care for days inn. The hotel was however very clean, staff great.
Date of Stay:

Staff was not friendly, and almost seemed annoyed. The staff was not particularly friendly upon check in, the pool was the size of a Jacuzzi tub, there was no remote control to our TV, and there was green paint behind the toilet where they elected not to paint during an attempt to update the paint color in the bathroom.
