This is a motel style place off the main track (good) but the rug in the room needs to be replaced or seriously cleaned. Sheets were not changed at all for 3 days, which didn't hurt our feelings, but we were used to better care. No phone whatsoever the whole time. No wi-fi either unless you went to the front desk and got plugged in to their system. Bkfst was minimal but OK. Staff very pleasant. TV worked (surprise) but, I would expect better than I got.

It was close to stores. Cold pool, sketchy looking maintenance, side door was not security locked. I will never stay here again the rooms were old the pool was freezing and dirty and the breakfast was bad, security side doors did not lock and was over all just bad.

We picked this hotel for its location off the highway. The worst mistake we ever made in choosing a hotel! We should have realized this by the small amount of cars in their parking lot. First, the hotel staff was not too friendly upon check in. There was also some sort of rancid odor in the lobby air. On our way to our room, which was closer to the back of the hotel property, we passed by an open door in which we were given somewhat of a show. mind you, we had our 3 year old daughter with us. We finally get to our room, exhausted and wanting to relax...wanting to yet couldn't...The room had a foul odor to it and was absolutely filthy! There was strands of hair in the bathroom and atached to hand towels. We opened the nightstand drawer and there was dirt [or something like it] in it. There's also the topic of small little critters crawling around the bathtub...I could get into that but it gives me the heebie jeebies just thinking about it...bottom line - we wound up staying there ONLY because we had already paid for it through online travel website and would have lost money...maybe we should have gotten up and left but who knows if and when we would have found another available room and our 3 year old was exhausted. PS: We all slept fully clothed on top of the covers.

My stay was pleasant. They room in the older part of the hotel it was not to my satisfaction.(smelly and dirty rug) I called the front desk and complained. I was treated with respect and care. The new room was in the newer part of the hotel on the second floor. NO ELEVATOR! NO HELP TO THE SECOND FLOOR!!!! It was a nice room. Too bad about the elevator and no offer of help.

It's location to the areas I intended to visit. The lounge and restaurant were not in service, making it necessary to leave and find dining accommodations. It appeared that everything was thrown together just to get through the day. Hot water was in short supply at morning shower time.

The front desk staff was very helpful. The bathroom was very small. This hotel was comfortable for a one night stay. The front desk staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others staying in the area.

Cleanliness of the room (non-smoking)new furnishings made for a great stay. Stayed at the same hotel nealry 25 years ago. Wow what a change. The room have been made over with a higher standard of quality and clealiness. Staff at front lobby was nearly non-existent. However, their were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.Location from shopping center was less than a mile. Little to no traffic.

The room/bed/bath was clean. We had no hot water for shower/washing, and breakfast (included) was fair. We stayed at hotel 1 night. There was no hot water in morning for showering/washing. No manager/clerk ever apologized to the approx. 8 families staying at the 157 room hotel. We were with sister/husband who also had no hot water in morning in their room. That's how we found out it was not only our room. Then went to breakfast room and there were 8 angry families there. None had hot water and one said he complained and they gave him another room to shower in. (at this point we were all dressed already and not about to go back. I feel someone should have advised everyone this was an option earlier. We never heard a word from staff. Then breakfast was a disaster -- no coffee (there was 1 carafe which was empty) and no juice -- gone already at 9 a.m. There was a toaster but it did not fit the bagels or muffins (only sliced bread and there was none). Should have a toaster/oven. They brought more coffee, hot water, & juice and everyone ran to get some and it was gone in 1 minute and that was it.

Rooms were spacious and clean. No restraint in hotel. My stay at this hotel was comfortable and affordable, overall, an excellent experience.
