It was clean. Staff was rude. I thought I booked a smoking room and it was nonsmoking. The clerk was rude and said she could not change it. There was ahuge sign at the front desk if you smoked in a nonsmoking room they would charge you a $150 cleaning fee. They had ashtrays and matches in my room, but when I called the lady at the desk I was told it was a mistake.

The rooms were very clean and very sanitized. Waffles for breakfast! I was very disappointed about the Jacuzzi. Green and dirty. One of the most important reasons for using this hotel. We truly enjoyed the stay. Very convenient to Downtown Monroeville. But very upset over the pool and Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was green and filthy and the pool was dirty.
