Date of Stay:
July, 2009
Beds uncomfortable; had to ask the front desk staff for washcloths and ice
Date of Stay:

Friendly staff, clean. My room was very far from the lobby, which was hard with a small child. Staff was friendly. The pool was nice, not as warm and it could have been though heated pool, but still cold.I would have liked more options for the continental breakfast, there was only one waffle maker working and with so many people there, we did not have time to make one. Overall,I would stay again, good price.

The hotel was pretty busy but the check in people were very efficient and the room was cleaned very well everyday. I've been to other hotels like this and the staff did a better job of recognizing you ie smiling and saying hello rather than looking down at you. Overall it was good. Only wish I could've gone swimming but it was too cold!

Front Desk people were rude. Air conditioning was faulty in both rooms that I was given. Over 100 degrees in room at check-in. Continental Breakfast was very poor. Only toast and doughnuts. Rooms are "run-down".

Overall clean hotel, trouble opening door but overall good service.

Staff was excellent and attentive. Double beds are too small.

I didn't expect this much considering the rate I paid * break fast had waffles which you could make yourself and lots of other typical continental stuff. The staff was really courteous, especially the afternoon lady, who guided us to a great restaurant in the Old Town section of town. Next time I might not rent a car because they had shuttle service that I beilieve was complimentary.

It was the most filthy, disgusting place I have ever stayed in. The booking was fine, the hotel was not. Light fixtures up from the 50's those florescent lights with dirty plastic coveres and a razor blade on the floor, carpets not clean, unmatching pillow cases and about 50 yrs worth of bugs in the light fixtures! Holes in the curtains...it was just horrible and if it wasn't for the weather, I would have been gone!

The sheets weren't very clean. One of the beds had some sort of pizza toppings on it. The floor wasn't very clean either. The remote control did not work. The outdoor pool was supposed to be heated but when we got in it was freezing (In the middle of a very warm afternoon). It was a quiet place to stay and had lots of choices of resturauts nearby.

Breakfast very awesome staff. Everything was awesome I will stay there again. The only uncomfortable thing is that the beds were double beds in the room we stayed in. I had surgery and needed more room and my father is disabled and that was a little hard on him also.

The service at this motel was excellent, we arrived very late and had travelled a really long day. Our check-in was fast and courteous. The room itself was okay, the bed was good, the linens were clean and comfortable. We booked a smoking room (I smoke). I was disappointed in the smell of the room. I carry febreeze with me, so I can take care of that problem, but it would be nice if the house cleaning staff used something to eliminate the smoking odor. There are some very effecient products on the market today that will do just that. i use them in my home too. Most people are quite surprised to discover that I smoke. Otherwise, we were pleased with the motel and the room and certainly would use it again.

This motel was hard to find at night because of road construction. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room lacked alot to be desired. There was no alarm clock in the room and the room was tiny. It was okay for the few hours we stopped there to sleep, but I would have been upset if I was staying more than that.

The hotel was off the main street, just enough so the noise of the city didn't keep me awake. Hotel staff was rude upon check in.

the a/c in our room did dot work very well. we had a non smoking room that smelled like smoke.this stay was only ok. it would have been good if we did not have these easly correctable issues.

Decent hotel. Not bad, not great. The landscaping around the pool was great. Looked like a Garden setting. 2 moths in room when I checked in. Biggest complaint was that the price advertised on their Marquee was less then I paid for room. Free shuttle Downtown was great also.

Ground level rooms, parked right outside door, excellent continental breakfast. Older, but in excellent codition, very clean, good service. I would gladley stay there again.

The rooms were neat and clean, the help was very pleasant and the free breakfast was a bonus every morning. If your looking for a hotel with reasonable rates that is family friendly look no further.

Staff very friendly - helped with food recommendations

Location. Lack of amenities. A budget hotel that has no frills, but is clean and an economical place to stay. The staff could have been a bit friendlier.
