I was in Richmond for a family birthday party, so I really just need a clean spot to lay my head and relax. The spot was deceit (not good..just deceit..I've seen much worst, and MUCH better), but the staff was very unfriendly, and customer service oriented at all! The contin'l breakfast was terrible, and the front desk guy tried to tell me I couldn't take it to my room. The staff at the front desk when I checked in was playing solitre, didn't greet me, wasn't pleasant and acted like I bothered him. When I checked out on of my party need to hang around for a few minutes after and I asked for a late check out, and he told me he couldn't do that...then told me it would be a 20% charge. NOT VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED....

I travel quite often for my company. I have never stayed at this hotel before but I was extremely pleased and surprised about the condition and comfort of this hotel. I would recommend for a business travel or for families visiting the area. while i only spent one night i was well satisfied with my room , cleanliness ,size, hotel lobby , lovley breakfast, and a warm and friendly staff.

Not recommended! The floor turned our feet black and felt very grimy so we walked around in flip flops. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but smelled like stale cigarette smoke and gave us headaches. The shower curtain was too short for the tub wall so water got all over the floor. The whole room looked visibly clean but felt grimy and disgusting - we checked in late (after 10 pm) and had to check out for an early flight (4 am). If I hadn't been so exhausted, I would've complained, cancelled my reservation and tried to find another place. The only nice thing I can really say about this place is that the pillows were big and fluffy. Spend your money elsewhere.

Only needed the room for a brief overnight, so wasn't looking for amentities or services, just a clean, safe place to sleep & get up early next morning. Checked in, parked, slept, got up, showered and checked out. Didn't even have time for the comp breakfast, so I can't report on that. Front desk was very efficient and was in & out fast. Was located near where I needed to be.

My family and I took a quick weekend trip to Virginia to visit some friends. We wanted to be close without paying an arm and a leg. This hotel provided good quality, comfort and cleaniness for a reasonable price.

I just slept in the room for the most part. The pillows were very nice and fluffy. The staff was very helpful and allowed my realitor the use of their fascilities.

The hotel staff was nice and check in was very quick. The rooms were pretty standard for a the price but the housekeeping left a little to be desired. Our feet never actually touched the floor. I think an investment of new sheets and towels are in order as both these things showed stains.

Clean room, comfortable beds. We were visiting friends so didn't use the pool or other facilities. However we thought it a very good deal for the cost. If you can afford the fancier motels, this is probably not for you. If you are counting pennies like us, then this isn't a bad choice.

We needed just a place to sleep and this was perfect. The Continental Breakfast lacked fiber and imagination...

It is a good value for the price. Had a hard time getting the room clean and extra towels each day were not provided until requested. Overall, it fit my needs for the stay just to have a place to lay my head at night.

The Days Inn was very clean, the room was a very nice size and the bed was very comfortable. I like the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was lots of space in the vanity to put all of my cosmetic and hygiene items. The storage space was small but it left more room for comfort in the room.

My stay at this hotel was generated by it's proximity to a workshop I attended. Good value

I had to go to the front counter to get new sheets as the ones that were on the bed were wore through, stained and ripped. The desk person had to look hard for a nice set to give me for me to change the bed. The motel was well worn. Starting with sheet experience, it was not a nice experience and would never go back!!!!!!! If it hadn't been late at night I never would have stayed regardless of whether I got my money back.
