Our room was in the same area of the hotel club/bar. The music from the bar was beating until midnight. Great if you like to party.

The bed was very comfortable. They ran out of towels and I had to freeze from the pool back to my room. The room itself was very nice, but it was very inconvenient to get fresh towels and the fact that they actually ran out of pool towels on Saturday night was not good customer service.

I would recommend being drunk to stay there. Felt like a rainforest in the pool area, hot and humid. No A/C being used in the game room. Potential guest during check-in inquired about whether the wi-fi was working and the female clerk was hateful and rude. Overpriced for what you get.

Location. I am wheelchair bound and was not given a handicap room. I could not get in the bathroom at all. When I told the manager that I could not get in the bathroom and that my room was dirty when I checked in, he walked away and went in his office. The clerk told me that they can't please everyone. I believe that when I use a hotel it is reasonable to expect to be able to use the restroom and shower. Also the hot tub was drained and the pool was dirty. All I used was the bed the sink and coffee maker. The bed was made with a ball point pen in the sheets and the towels and washcloths were clean but were both tattered and a dingy gray color though at one time had been white. This place needs condemned.

i visited a friend,while i was on vacation. my room had "NO" closet,it smelled of smoke,no iron or ironing board,a very small bathroom.....and in comparison to my previous trips this one rates 2 stars out of 5...

Next to a McDonald's for my niece whoI traveled with. Next to a bar that got noisy. Very rude employees, the swimming pool was freezing cold, the rooms didn't smell all that great, had to shower with pool towels they didn't have anymore bath towels.

Comfy bed and pillows. Desk clerk gave our room number to someone who saw us drive in. Good rooms for the price. Wasn't happy about desk clerk giving our room number to others.

The friendliness of the staff. The housekeepers were not friendly. Great value for the money. Good free continental breakfast. Good location.

How we got a good 15 minutes laugh from the outside view. The inside was better. The first appearance. This hotel gave me a good laugh. When I first pulled in I sat there and laughed for 15 minutes because I didn't know what I was getting myself into. I thought it was going to be horrible. But the inside was nice and the room that I had was nice. There were a lot of places to eat and a mall near by. And even though I didn't have time to use the pool it looked nice. The breakfast was very limited though.

The bed was nice to sleep in. Did not get the room we booked. The hotel was nice itself. The pool was a little small, but the hot tub was great. They didn't have the non-smoking room that we had booked, so they put us in a smoking room. That part really upset us being that my husband is a non-smoker and had to deal with the bad smell in the room.
