Merced is a great launchpad for Yosemite, and the Daus Inn is tasteful, comfortable and would have been ideal if we hadn't had to carry our breakfast back to our room on a tray. They had no plates so we were balancing our toast on a bowl. What is wrong with an area where we can sit down? What if it had been wet and windy???

Very clean. No dining area for continental breakfast. Very limited selection for breakfast.

days inn was very claen the rooms were small but comfy.I was pleased with my stay.

It was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. It was very warm - old AC, and noisy being right next to the freeway. Clean, neat establishment. Comfortable beds. Too close to the freeway to be able to open the window.
