Nothing. Hotel was in a horrible location, the guy checking in in front of us was either drunk or on drugs. The room looked rundown and smelled overwhelmingly of cleaner and bleach. We felt unsafe parking our car outside all night and were told that the police came by the hotel every hour to check on things, which leads me to question why they would need that unless the hotel was notorious for crime etc.

Clean,..Clean!! and well run hotel. We were at the Days Inn in Memphis.

This hotel is in dire need of a facelift. The carpeting is in horrible shape, new carpeting would be very helpful in giving this place a good look. The housekeeping did a good job with our room given what they had to work with. The continental breakfast was poor and the breakfast room was depressing. The location was not a very desirable place to be, however they did have a security guard who policed the area at night. The Sleep Inn is right next door and it looked 100% better. That hotel looked new and the grounds nicely landscaped. If you go to Memphis try to stay on the east side around Interstate 240 or even in town at the Holiday Inn Select, The Peabody, or the Westin. Don't stay anywhere on the west side other than downtown. The northside isn't much better.

We liked the location to the interstate. The hotel, over all, was old & run down. Needs an update. I was expecting a nice room. The place was old and run down. House keeping did the bare basic, room was dusty, there was smug all over the walls and there where hole patches all over the room. Not a romantic room for my husband and I.

this hotel is the worst hotel i have ever been to. there was roaches and ants crawling around. when the manager was informed, he told us that the rooms are clean, and i asked him to come to the room and check for himself. he did want to. wasnt satisfied at all. floor was sticky, bathroom smelled like urine, smoke detector was haninging off the wall. i wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone, unless they like living with roaches and ants!

Nothing. Service, no iron, did not get requested wake up calls either day, not clean. The hotel was not clean, service was poor, no iron or alarm clock in room requested wake up calls both mornings that did not come did not feel safe in this hotel, the hotel was noisy and smelly.

Unfortunately, we got what we paid. Friendly staff. Was a bit run down,AC did not cool well, toilet ran. Being familiar with Days Inn hotels, we figured we would have a decent room and hotel for our purposes at a low rate. This was an older hotel in need of some remodeling and upgrades in overall decor. The staff was absolutely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, that is the only positive.

Everything was neat and clean. Also, the service staff was very friendly and seemed like they genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. I recieved a couple of strange phone calls that came from another room in the hotel. Considering the room rates, location, cleanliness, and service, this hotel is one I would recommend to anyone who perhaps is on a tight budget, but still wants a comfortable, safe, and clean place to stay while in the Memphis area.

The beds and bathroom were dirty. There were roaches. This hotel was disgusting. I checked in and had to leave to relocate to another hotel. There were hairs on the bed, the toilet was dirty and there were roaches on the floor. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Towels, wash cloths, and sheets were old and stained. Very unfriendly manager. The towels, wash cloths, and sheets were old and stained. A man at the front desk whom I'm assuming was the manager was very unfriendly. There was no remote, alarm clock, or iron in the room when we arrived. Last but not least there was an unwanted guestin our room.

Very nice desk clerk. No, coffee, iron and board in the rooms. Had to upgrade for that. Hallways had trash in them and rooms were ok. People were hanging out in the lobby. Better bring your own coffee pot and coffee if you want any. Better bring your own iron and board if you need to press anything. After upgrading to a suite, still had to ask for a coffee pot and coffee. Not to far from interstate so its easily accessible.

Price Located in a borderline bad area, surrounded by noticeable social decay. The motel was as expected in many areas, but the area was questionable, to say the least. For an extended stay, I would not recommend this hotel, but for a short trip, it is adequate.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. This hotel on the internet looks nothing like it did in person. The hotel lobby was nasty, and once we received our room it was raining in the room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was so nasty and ghetto that I was forced to find another room to stay in for the night.I would recommend Motel 6 before this anyday.
