Price, relatively good comfort. Locating it in the midle of night was impossible using google maps. The hotel should make sure that location is not showing that hotel is located west.

We arrived at a construction site, had to walk over planks to access the interior. We were sure that this business could not possibly be open. The windows in the room we were shown looked out on a cinder block wall. Although we arrived after check in time the bed was unmade, piles of pillows in the corner. A huge pile of rubble was adjacent to the motel. It looked like a landslide. The motel is undergoing very major reconstruction.

It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room along with free breakfast and coffee. The location, was hard to find even with the address. It is a good value for the price.

Friendly staff. Everything else. The room smelled like it hadn't been clean any time in this century, the bed was hard as a rock. Overall, I immediately felt I had made a mistake coming, and soon after, we left. A total waste of time and money.

Convenient to golf courses. No food. NA.

Close to location. Smelled, missing drawers. Dirty curtains, smelled. Place smelled like a stable. Dirt/dust on curtains. All drawer fronts and some drawers were missing. And by the way the place stunk. No help on changing rooms. Will not stay at this location and will tell all that not to stay here.

It was close to everything. Their smoking policy, people were smoking pot in the morning. It was a good hotel overall. There were two types of rooms. First type was nice big room with a nice view, and the second one was small with no view at all. Their lobby was way too small. No internet service as advertised.

Location. They were doing construction during our visit and the steps were not usable and the hotel was a mess in the halls but the rooms were fine and hard mattress.
