The hotel was better than any previously stayed at, but due the occasion weekend the pricing was a little out of line

If this hotel was newly renovated, I hate to see what it was like before hand. I've stayed at days inns before and they've been nice, this was terrible. If asked for one word to describe this place it would be GHETTO.

My sink backed up the first night there, appeared to have tobacco floating in the bowl, even though a non smoking room. The repair was completed quickly after I brought it to management attention. Doorknob was falling off the bathroom door, the hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes, my 3rd day there they failed to remove all dirty towels, did not leave drinking cups or coffee for next morning, although they did come in and clean that day. Very difficult time getting wireless internet access that was advertised - had to go to front desk and have them reset every time I wanted to access again.

The Days Inn in Cortland, NY was an okay spot to sleep for the night. I definitely wouldn't plan a vacation to this hotel, but it was fine for an overnight stay. The rooms were a bit old and slightly dingy. The staff was young and a bit inexperienced.
