My husband and I have stayed at this hotel 3 times w/i the past year. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. It doesn't have a pool. It is located directly off the Interstate 81 and very close to shopping and restaurants.

Close to food and the interstate. Smelled like smoke in the hallways. The staff was slow and the elevator took forever.

Room was very comfortable and larger than expected. Need more staff in late evening; had to use back entrance when returning. Also, lots of places to eat, but too far to drive to/from slots. Otherwise, good for touring and staying for the local sites.

It had direct access to rooms on ground floor from inside and out. Had a non-smoking room that still reeked of smoke. Had to go buy fabreeze. The front desk staff was really friendly and eager to help. The rooms were not clean and smelled really bad. I will not stay here again.

Hotel was convenient to restaurants and stores and it was right off the highway. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked, not enough towels, and water in sink went down slowly. Hotel is nice but could use better cleaning of tub and maintenance on the sink and not be so stingy with towels.
