We were picking up family in Ludington and needed a cheap but nice place to stay. This hotel was very nice, it was clean, quiet, nice pool and rooms. Great price and room. It was quiet enough for our baby to sleep and he also enjoyed the pool.

It was close to a Pizza Hut. There were miscellaneous hairs around the room and a brown clump on my towel. It was ok.

When we first arrived, the lobby was decorated for Easter and the staff were relatively friendly. Check in was not until 4:00, but they got us in by 1:00 at no extra charge. The swimming pool/spa was very nice, a little cold, but still nice. After our first trip to the pool, I wanted to shower before going to dinner. Our shower would not work. Housekeeping had to fix it (wait about 30 minutes). Sometime in the middle of the night, our toilet stopped working (would not flush). I had to run down to the bathroom downstairs 3 times in the early morning. When we reported it to the front desk, they did nothing to fix it, therefore we had to keep running downstairs, we have a 4 year old too, so do you know what a pain this was. When we asked what the front desk could do for us, they said NOTHING. Why...because we booked our room online. I will not stay here again. Not to mention, the "expanded" continental breakfast was a joke, bad fruit, lack of variety. The rooms were also very small and the bathroom was like a little outhouse that is how tiny it was.

The pool was awesome and the breakfast was nice but the walls are so thin the you can hear every little thing that is going on, it was very disrupting

After traveling for 8 hours on a motorcycle, it was nice to be able to relax in comfort.

Location. Lack luster breakfast, smoky non-smoking room, non-working remote control, left an item of clothing and it was not found. This Day's Inn fell well short of our expectations. The breakfast was lack luster breakfast was severed in a messy room. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. We left a night gown in the room and it wasn't found. All in all a poor experience.

The continental breakfast was good. The pool was closed during our stay and if we were informed of this, we probably would have stayed at another hotel. The hotel was satisfactory. The continental breakfast was good. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The pool area was great. The breakfast could have been healthier. Overall we had a good time the rooms were nice. the people were nice, very cordial. the breakfast was good but needs to be updated.

Price, location. Heating unit was not to adjustable and noisy. Nice hotel, clean, good location. Breakfast bar could learn from Holiday Inn Express in the presentation of food. The food was to open, such as cereal, eggs, ect. Food was not protected from people coughing on it like Holiday Inn Express.

The lobby, game room, and snack area was decorated very nice for the holidays. The beds were very hard, pillows also woke with stiff neck and body.

It was a bed to sleep in that is about it. Over priced for what you got, we forgot something in our room and it was stolen. The room was clean and they had rooms available. Other than that the front desk staff was rude. The room was either too hot or too cold, couldn't get it comfortable, we forgot something in our room and called the front desk a couple hours after we left and have never heard back from them so we are assuming the item was stolen. Needless to say I am not happy with the stay.
