It is nothing special. Just an ordinary hotel and probably too expensive for the price.

Free breakfast was excellent. Bathroom too small. Good for the price, great location, beds could use some updating.

very nice people ,the breakfast buffet is the best around and plenty of choice yes i would stay here again. with in walking to the mall short drive to Baltmore estate only if trying to turn left to get out is a pain.

I found the overall stay at this hotel to be pleasant. I stayed at this very same hotel once before. I liked the location and the price, but I rented three rooms and two of them were in a bit of disrepair. Once of the bathrooms tub was clogged and the the paint was pealing off the tiles. The second bedroom smell like mildew and there was not internet connection in any of the rooms. However, there was a computer available in the Lobby area but it was busy with some kids playing games. It's my opinion that if the rooms had better maintenance, it would have more booking.

This was probably the worst motel experience we have ever had at a motel. From day one we had a problem with no towels or no maid service period. We stayed there 5 nights and each day when we told them what our problem was they would apologize and said they would take care of it immediately - sometimes they would and other times we'd have to wait hours. We got all kinds of excuses. Plus the sheets did not fit the mattresses and would pop up at the corners. Guess they never heard of deep pocket sheets. This would be a decent place to stay if they would upgrade their maid service and upgrade their beds. Otherwise our vacation in Asheville was very enjoyable, especially the Biltmore Estate and Chimney Rock which was a short drive. There was a nice selection of things to do and see.

Breakfast Buffet - very good. Rooms did not look like those shown on website. Had to ask for towels. Not really what I expected. Good breakfast buffet. Overall met our needs for one night.

Me , Wifey, Two children, stayed one night it was close to city square but not as high priced as those uptown. The only unpleasant thing about it was the traffic, trying to turn left out of the parking lot was a pain. onther than that : Three Thumbs up. ;)

A large paper cup lying in a corridor at 6 p.m. was still there the next morning. Apparently management does not periodically walk through the facility to check things out. We asked for directions to a movie theater and were told only of one of two that were not a half mile apart.

For the price and star level I would recommend this hotel. It list mini fridge in room, there was not one. Other than not having a fridge and the bathroom looked like it could use a little upgrade (but it wasn't bad) there isn't anything bad I can say.

good deal for mom and son with a short stay. pool was nice to have available and heated too!it could have used underwaterlighting for swimming after dark. beds were kind of hard. free breakfast was great. booked on line and it was easy. recommend for travelers on a budget.

The rooms are very old. The bed was the worst hotel bed we have ever slept on. When we sat on the bed it bottomed out to the box spring. The bathroom was small and very old. The door barely made it past the door jamb when being closed. There was someone's old football jersey still hanging on the backside of the bathroom door. On the flipside, the breakfast is good! However, I would not recommend this hotel.

Good location in relation to the area mall and dining facilities. Room was a bit outdated. Not a bad room for the money. Not exactly a romantic get away for you.

We could not have asked for more. Great Location. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. We heard very little noise from other guests or street traffic. The beds were VERY comfortable. The A/C worked very well. Breakfast was great. This hotel was a nice suprise for our weekend get-away. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and well used, which isn't a bad thing. The breakfast was well prepared, the staff polite. I'm not hard to please, a beb a shower and a toliet, hey... I'm a happy guy.

Friendly, efficient desk staff. Nice lobby atmosphere. Traffic flow in breakfast room left something to be desired. Plastic utensils were unequal to the task for breakfast. Easy access to shopping and the Biltmore Estate. Comfortable accommodations, good breakfast.

The hotel is basic, but decent. It is very close to downtown Asheville and there are many nice restuarants in close proximity to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel if we travel to Asheville again.

Satisfactory centrally located older motel -- good for a short stay. Doors to rooms are old fashioned exterior facing - requires path through poolside gate to get breakfast. Breakfast very good addition to value. Handicapped room adequate but had full tub instead off wheelchair accessible shower - requires wheelchair to sower chair transfer that some people cannot manage.

Location was great, cleanliness; the people at the front counter were great until there was a problem. Lack of water and lack of customer service skills once that occurred. The hotel was very clean, had great brochures in the lobby. The last morning we were there, there was a water problem with the hotel and there was no water. I asked the front desk person for options such as being able to go to one of their other facilities to shower or a discount on the room. He just looked at me like I was nuts that I was asking for options. I would not go back to a Days Inn. I understand problems arise but they need to be able to manage the problems.

This was your typically older motel that we are all used too. The service was excellent and the place had been freshened up a bit but definatly showed its age. That was all expected though. The thing that impressed me most was the breakfast buffet. It was more extensive than I expected complete with waffle maker (and I aint talking bout a toaster). The price was perfect and was very close to the Biltmore. Great Value!

Convenient location, friendly & good breakfast. Tell them to check their brochures. No ice machine on 2nd floor as stated. I would stay here again.
