Upon arriving I was NOT greeted but rather hurried out the door to my room. While the hotel agent was not rude to me she never greeted me with a smile the enitre time I stayed there. I went to the office with questions 4 times. I was assured upon arriving that I could use the phone in my room for any calls that I would need to do. I tried to use the phone the very next day. But following instructions accordingly on the phone there was no ringing tone. Feeling frustrated. I went down the day before I checked out (I stayed for 4 days) I asked her about and explained the situation she said "Oh thats because the phone was never turned on." When I asked her about the phones upon arrival I was sure that that would be a good hint that I needed to use the phone at some point but no. I had to go all the way down to the lobby to get them turned on. Most of all she never appologized for the inconvience. Although I was put on the 3rd floor where there was little noise I was still harrased by people shoving paper fliers either under the door or thru the opening of the door. I got 6 fliers in 10 minutes. The walkway along the 3rd level was so bumpy and dirty I often felt I was going to fall thru as it was in need of MAJOR repairs. The walls in the entire room had black nicks on them the wallpaper was peeling and revealing mold and possibly leftover fecal matter from insects all over in the bathroom. I never once felt like I was a wanted customer. Also the "Safari Cafeteria" advertises a good meal for a good price when I arrived (hours posted were 7am to 11am) at 8 am I was greeted with wet high school trays green and red jello the thickest gravy I have ever seen and unrecognizable biscuits. It was disgusting and I paid almost as much for a soda as I paid for the meal. This place is a roach motel and I WILL NEVER STAY THERE EVER AGAIN. and this was 4th of July weekend all of the ice machines were out of order the entire time I stayed. 30 something bucks a night, but our room was bad. Pool was really nice. When we arrived they checked us in, said we needed to get passes to park at the hotel from the front counter. The woman behind it, gave us a 15 minutes pitch on a time share and I had to say no 5 times, the last one pretty mad, before they gave me the passes. The room had no TV remote, which they did gave us. The phone did not work and you could hear every spring in the beds. The only thing good was the pool and the price, but you get what you pay for. I will never stay here again.

This is the first hotel that I would not recommend. there are plenty of others that are far superior for only slightly more money. Our lock was broken, our air conditioning didn't work, there were gaping holes in the second storey walkway that you could nearly fall through and the rooms were very smelly.

I must Warn you!!- Watch your stuff and especially your money- I left by wallet by mistake in the room and I got stolen the $ I had inside- Now also watch your credit card from front desk staff- I had alot of problems with being charge extra nites- If you are really careful, then it is okay to stay here for the price- however, the suites next door are $ more a nite and it is a much better place; and muchhhh bigger. other than that, it is a safe place to walk around since it is next door to Old Town and close to Disney World-

i called the front desk to have a drawer fixed because i had small children , it was never fixed and left wide open, the hotel never offered another room im very upset yet.

When we first checked in the staff was friendly but not very welcoming. Good luck trying to find your room with the map they give you. We walked into the room and it was clean and smelled nice but was really cold. We tried turning down the a/c...we put it on the heater and it was still blowing sub-arctic air. We froze that night. I do have to say though that the shower in that room was the cleanest and whitest shower I have ever seen in a hotel room. The options for TV weren't that great. 16 channels of basic cable is what you got and the wifi only worked without flaw if you were on a specific part of the bed and didn't move.

Enjoyed the stay here. However, tap was broken, and was a problem every time the sink was used. Microwave & fridge useful.

Room was dirty, bed sunk in. However very good hot water. Outside walk way felt like it was going to cave in.

The bathroom was filthy, in bad repair, ice machines did not work anywhere, soda machines did not work, Pool was dirty, When we complained to maid and staff, no one seemed to care. did not rectify any matters during our stay. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were as comfy as expected and the pool was fantastic. The hotel was satisfactory for the time period in which we stayed and had friendly service. The rooms were not fully equipped with what was expected.

All I can say is that yes you get what you pay for but they could atleast invest in improving thier facility. PROS:The proce was great.The location was great.The parking lot was well lit which felt safe.A security guard walked around during the late hours.When I needed the remote for the TV the maintance man came quickly.I LOVED THE HOT WATER!!!!!!!It lasted through 3 30 min showers. CONS:The walk way outside my room felt like it was going to give out.The room smelled old and dingy.The bathroom walls had mold and mildew under the wallpaper.The heater did not work.The electrical sockets were all loose so you couldnt charger anything.The platform of the bed was broken so the edge was not safe to sit on. All in all it is a great price if your are only going to sleep there but it should definitely be improved.......I will try a different hotel next year even if its a little bit more money.

I guess you get what you pay for! I will never trust a Days Inn again. There were bugs crawling around, paint chipping on the wall, and the beds were stained. The place smelled like mildew & mold! The door would stick & the bathroom was horrible. There is no way i would ever take a bath or shower there! The room was way too small! The picture on the website looks nice, but the hotel is too run down & needs alot of work! I couldn't hardly find my room because the buildings aren't marked. I immediately went & and found another hotel & and didn't spend more then 10 minutes in that room. The hotel lobby smelled of mildew and was run down so I knew something would be wrong! Do not ever go too cheap! Next time I am staying @ Disney no matter what!

Our experience at this hotel was good overall, especially for the very low price. The major disappointment was that we were already on a very low budget and the hotel added a nightly fee for an in-room safe that we did not need nor ask for. In addition, our room was supposed to have a microwave and refrigerator. In addition, we found out that this would have been an additional cost per night.

Booked a room with my kids and for * a night we got a room that had a mold type smell and the heater did not work! The only good thing about the room was the hot water "thats how we heated up the room" I would not stay here ever again thankully it was only for one night we left very early the nxt morning...

We originally had a 3rd floor room with a rickety balcony that I was scared to walk across, an elevator that didn't work so it was difficult to walk up the stairs with 2 babies and your luggage. The door did not want to close and there was a one inch gap at the bottom. The air conditioning was didnt work well and the bathroom and vanity area had bugs everywhere. I know that you get what you pay for but I still think a night is that great of a deal compared to the other hotels/motels in the area and plus you would think a Days Inn would be a safe bet but unfortunately not in this case. On top of that the beds were uncomfortable, the bedding had holes in it, the ice machines didn't work, the vending machines were not stocked well and in my opinion the pool was not that clean there was dirt on the bottom and scum floating on top. It was not a good days inn experience when I went to the front desk to check out I was told that I could check out but I would have to deal with the travel agency for a refund. I then asked to speak to the manager and her name was XYZ and ahe was very nice and agreed to let us change rooms. The next room was a little better minus the bugs but still definately not worth it. I wish I had read the reviews before booking !!!!

You get what you pay for. The rooms aren't the best but for the price, I can't complain. You had to slam the bathroom door for it to shut. There was some sort of soap residue on the microwave plate, so when I ate my food, my tongue and throat felt like I had just swallowed bleach. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was quite convenient to where we needed to be. We weren't looking to stay at the Ritz, we needed a clean, quiet and convenient place to simply rest our heads for the night. This motel certainly provided that. Staff was more than friendly, housekeeping staff did their jobs well. Will certainly look into staying there again if we find ourselves in the area needing accommodations again.
