We were in town for a wedding, and called to see if we could check in early. The gentleman at the front desk said he would take care of it. We arrived to check in in the late morning, and he not only allowed us to check in early, but he upgraded our room to a whirlpool suite! The room and public areas looked recently renovated, and everything was spotless. A great price for a nice place. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Comfortable whirlpool suite and good breakfast. Parking lot and highway right outside whirlpool suite window. Good location right off the interstate near Madison, 10-15 minutes from downtown. The bedding is par for the course. I would like to see some nicer-looking blankets - especially in the whirlpool suite - rather than the hotel-standard polyester purple flower print that's so common. Opening the curtains may be an unpleasant experience if you choose to do so in your birthday suit: the window is on the first floor, facing the parking lot and highway. The window is big, but getting some sunlight means seriously compromising your privacy. All in all though it's a pleasant place to be, and breakfast includes a waffle maker, which was an exciting surprise. Recommended, if you're visiting Madison.

The hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and a nice coffee maker!

We were handled at check in and checkout with dispatch and in a professional manner. While there were a lot of school groups in the building during our brief stay, there was no noise or horseplay that would have made our stay less restful. While we had a non smoking room, the smell of smoke certainly did permeat the immediate area outside our door and between there and the elevator (second floor).

The location was convenient. The halls smelled like smokers had been there. The room was rather spare looking. Nice for a one night stay. Not luxurious but comfortable enough.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy with decent pillows. However we were disappointed that the pool was closed while we were there. That was one of the main reasons we chose this one. Over all we had a pleasent stay and I would stay there again.

Nice property, adequate fitness room, nice pool, not overcrowded, friendly patrons and staff. I did notice the carpet in my room needed to be cleaned, but otherwise found all things satisfactory or better.

They had a very nice continental breakfast. The Hot Tub was not real clean. It was fine. It is the 2nd time we stayed there because of it's convenient location to my son and his family. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean.

"My family and I got stuck in Madison on our way up to MN. The staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean we had a wonderful stay. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home!! Will definitely stay here again!!!"

Upon our arrival...after driving for 6 hours...we had a very quick and easy check-in. The room appeared fine but we basically fell into bed. Next morning wake-up call at 6:00a.m. brought much different thoughts on the room. Near the window and heating unit the smell of urine was VERY strong. The knob fell off the shower when we attempted to take showers and the light over the vanity was burned out. It was like styling your hair and putting on your make-up in a cave. Unfortunately at 6 a.m. there were no maintenance folks on duty yet to help the desk clerk remedy these issues. On the up-side Breakfast was delicious.

Free parking and breakfast. The bed to use and the nonsmoking room smell like smoke. For a family on great place to stay.

"We stayed here for a couple of nights and found the hotel to be one of the best we've stayed in for a while. Everything was nice and new, the pool, hot-tub and sauna were excellent and the staff were professional and courteous.Restaurant only 50 yds away, McD's 150 yds and a Gas station & Store just across the parking lot. Excellent location to, right off 90/94 - Hwy 19."

Very professional and pride of ownership exibited throughtout this venue. Staff and Service empoloyees were very helpful and professional. Great expierence and their Natioanl Award wining designation from Days Inn are very deserving.

They had a very nice pool, hot tub, and continental breakfast. We are nonsmokers and because we did not specifically request a non smoking room, the room smelled very strongly of cigarettes. The hotel was nice and clean, the breakfast was good. However, if you do not smoke be sure to request a nonsmoking room. We were in a smoking room and it smelled very badly. Even if this is a smoking room the cleaning should include some air freshener and opening the window.

If you just need a place to lay your head for the night, this is it. The room was somewhat crowded but had a small table and chairs. The vanity is separate fromt the bath which is convenient for getting ready. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The price was right. Only smoking room available; luckily we're smokers, but due to odors we usually choose non-smoking when traveling. This well-kept hotel was situated right off one of the main highways for fairly easy access to all areas of Madison. Getting in and out of the hotel was somewhat difficult due to the street configuration, however. The free continental breakfast was minimal but adequate. Good stopping spot for a simple place to sleep.

The breakfast was good. The room design was funny. There was a partition in the middle separating the bed from the couch area. I prefer an open space. The staff was nice, even though there was a problem with the booking. They booked us in a 2 queen instead of one. This was quickly remedied when they gave us a king size. The room design was a little funny with the large wall in the middle if the room. I wasn't disappointed.

Good impression. Hard to find entrance from highway. I wish it were closer to the main highway we were traveling but we were willing to travel a couple extra miles to same some money.

Clean, comfortable, hot water, nice appointments. Difficult access by road. Very efficient, friendly staff. Clean, nice appointments (bed, sheets, bath towels, bath appliances), close to other areas of the city.
