Very easy to find on the main street in London. Loved that the mall was directly across the street. That's where I was with my daughters while my husband was conducting business. Have never met front desk staff that were so accomodating. Rooms were spotless. Room service was delivered promptly. Fitness center could use additional equipment. That's my only complaint.

Wow, I was really surprised. The gentleman at the front desk told us all the rooms have recently been upgraded. My family loved the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The service in the restaurant was kind of slow but the food was really good. We will return next year!

Wow, this hotel was much more than my family and I have expected. The rooms were clean the furniture looked new. Attitudes were great and all at reasonable price. We will definitely stay there when we are back in London next month!

This hotel was an absolute wonderful surprise for the money. It had one of the lowest room rates in the area off the 401 and my wife and I just needed a place to crash for the night. We ended up in a totally remodeled room that was very clean and had new bedding. Ask for the patio level at door 4. Pleasant staff made this a travel hit with us. We did not eat at the restaurant and you don't have a free continental breakfast with dried-up bagels. But why pay double? Stay here!

Easy in, easy out. The towels were rough. It was exactly what I needed for staying over one night in Canada.

I travel frequently and have yet to come across front desk staff that are so pleasant and helpful as they were at this Days Inn. Our room was large and very clean. The Housekeeper in the hallway was prompt when we requested additional pillows -- also very friendly. The computer in the lobby with internet access was useful although we needed to pay for each page that we printed. We did not use the restaurant at the hotel as there is a Boston Pizza in their parking lot. With the exception of all the snow in London, it was a great trip!

I had 60 American dollars and an American Best Buy gift card stolen from my room while recovering from PKR eye surgery. When i confronted the front desk the cameras that are all over suddenly didnt work. Also ripped off on my bill STAY AWAY!!!

My family and I went down to London to attend Ribfest. We picked the Days Inn as the rates were reasonable and because they had an outdoor swimming pool. We found the staff to be top notch, the rooms were all brand new, and the restaurant served breakfast from 7am - 12pm. We will definately stay here again!

My stay was great. I was with my family. My kids loved staying in this hotel. Location is ideal. There is a huge shopping mall right across this hotel. Restaurant food was good too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I thought the lobby was very nicely decorated and furnished. The bathroom in our room needed to be redone. Caulking was cracked and the dated paper on the walls was peeling off in places. This hotel was clean and quiet and the room was just fine for our one night stay. The fellow on the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in in the wee hours of the morning. The front lobby was quite attractive and we were impressed to see a dining room in the hotel, although we did not eat there. There was an outdoor pool (wrong season).

We arrived at 10pm, the place had empty beer bottles everywhere (entrance way, around the pool) The place was one big frat party. Noise all night and my kids didn't sleep well, nor did we. In the morning I complained about all the partying and the noise. The guy at the front desk didn't do anything. Terrible place to stay if you want to sleep!

Staff was very discourteous upon check-out. Air vents on air conditioning were absolutely filthy. Dirty carpet.

Across the street from largest shopping centre. Kind of dated rebranded 1960s Holiday Inn. There is no better location in London. It is across the street from the region's largest shopping centre, which includes a 24-hour Walmart Super Centre. It is convenient to all transportation and the major highways.

Room smelled horrible, musty, moldy and stinky. I was going to stay for ten nights. It was smelly, musty, and horrible. I checked out the next morning and went to a different hotel for the rest of my stay.

Very clean, updated and stylish. Friendly staff, very clean, newly redone room and lobby, halls. Restaurant handy and reasonably priced. Will return.
