This was the lowest priced room in the area at the time I looked for a room. For what I paid for, I am satisfied with what I got. Front desk people were friendly. Sometimes, the birds singing outside in the middle of the night disturbed my sleep. This hotel is in a very convenient location, just across the street from the Naval Air Station and shopping center.

Cheap. Ants. The second night we were there we we overrun by small sugar ants. We left immediately.

Old motel, spruced-up, but still lacking. Small rooms, heavy smoke in non-smoking rooms, thin walls, no desk or desk chair, noisy refridgerator. Nice bed and pillows.

The bed was comfortable, It had a microwave and refrigderator in the room. The cleaning staff was good around my dog. The room was painfully small The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than a just continential breakfast, it included make your own waffles and eggs. My only complaint was that the room was very small. We had a king size bed, it took up 90% of the room.

Our room was a suite and very large. The hotel is across the street from the Naval Air Station. The breakfast was hot and full. Free WiFi! ALl at the cheapest price in town.

The continental breakfast was far above expectations and that alone would have me stay there again - the accommodations were certainly adequate. The AC was a bit noisy as I dozed off to sleep. The hotel was conveniently located for our stay at Lexington Park. It was adequate and priced within our budget and as stated above the continental breakfast was great. It would appear they were reconditioning the bathrooms on the second floor and ours appeared newly refreshed and very nice.

The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were small, but clean. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast buffet and we have already scheduled another visit to this same hotel.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was included in price. Room smelled. For a one star hotel it was fine. I would not spend days at the hotel but for one or two nights as an inexpensive alternative for a business trip, I would recommend. The room was extremely clean and the staff was friendly.

I liked the location in Lexington Park, MD. It was near everyplace that I needed to go. The room was clean. The pool was very nice as well. The only negative comment that I can come up with is: I had a long walk to the vending machine. Upon my arrival, I was greeted my a friendly smiling face. My room had lots of lighting and the space was used very efficiently. The room service was excellent. My room was very clean. I really enjoyed location. It was convenient to everything in Lexington Park, MD. I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends that may travel to Lexington Park, MD.

Friendly effective service. We were not bothered or pestered. The room was extremely small and the bed was just ok. Small room, but cozy and pleasantly decorated. The bed comfort was ok. Service was excellent, the attendants helpful and cleaning service respected your wishes. Location is close to major attractions and around the corner from local movie theater. Pool appeared well maintained and clean. Parking is somewhat hap-hazard. Breakfast provided tries to cater to typical American fare with some healthy options. Amenities are modern and useful (as opposed to cheap or junky.) Overall good place.

Cleanliness of the room. Pool & breakfast area. Only one chair. Everything for a two night stay was ok. Staff was great & hard working, our room needed more than one chair.
