I generally stay here two nights during most months on Business. You get a clean, comfortable room for a little over 50 bucks, Free Internet, a good size TV and free continental Breakfast if you want it. How can you go wrong with that? Staff is accomodating and they even give you 10% coupon for Bennigans Restaurant. Leave the light on for me, I'll be back time and again.

This is a decent, basic hotel with no frills -- good value for the price. Though the room had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, none were working because the electrical outlets didn't work. We rectified that by plugging into different outlets (though there were not many of them).

Met my expectations. Came back from seminar and card key wouldn't work had to go back to office or reactivate.

Good Hotel - all the Standard features present, but housekeeping was a disappointment. There was an old used soap present in our bathroom, the toilet was also not quite clean. Breakfast was good. They can add a swimming pool and a fitness room to take it to a higher level.

The location is very scenic. The desk staff was incompetent but friendly. I was very pleased with this hotel.

The convenience to where we needed to visit was good. There should have been more attention to detail with the cleaning of the room. Fitted Sheets would work better too. Days Inn in Lenox is good choice for location to area attractions. The rooms are comfortable especially when equiped with a microwave and refrigerator.

Many sections under repair. Actually right up the street there were many other hotels with nicer accomodations, probably for the same money!

Reasonably priced. Only fair continental breakfast, cheap quality rooms. The hotel is no more than a "one $" facility. There was construction work going on which was a bit disruptive. The rooms themselves need to be upgraded and modernized. It was okay for the purpose for which I was in Lenox, which was to accompany my wife to the Berkshire Medical Center for surgery.

It was cheap. I got what I paid for. This is a fine place if all you need to do is get 8 hours of sleep and need no other amenities.
