It was nice for a night stay. Thay told us the pool was closed, and we saw a lot of people in there. If you want breakfast here you better be the early bird. They don't replenish anything and all I got was lukewarm cereal. We were room bodies so everything was ok.

Absolutely nothing - very bad attitude by management. Nasty, inconsiderate front desk staff.

we stayed at this location last year and this time it has changed completely it is completely new from inside and outside. as per the rates we got luxury service we come back again staff is very friendly, good service good breakfast no complains at all

The room was not cleaned and dirty towels were not replaced on a daily basis. When asked about it, we were told that they were busy and if you are staying more than one day they dont clean the room. We wii not stay there again.

This property is adequate for travel. Rooms are clean, but spartan. The parking lot hadn't been plowed during the storms prior to and during my stay. Had to use four wheel-drive to enter and leave the parking lot. No sidewalk to be seen and tripped on the curb. The street in front of the property is very busy with poor traffic management so plan on waiting to get out into traffic. Property is in a bedroom community south of SLC and rush hour traffic is quite thick for narrow two lane streets. The money spent is about what you'd expect to pay for bare bones motel properties.

Free breakfast. They charged us extra for a non smoking room even though it said it was only a nonsmoking facility. I called the day before to make sure my room had two double beds and they mentioned that the rate I got was for a smoking room with one bed and that I would have to pay extra for a nonsmoking room and extra for two beds even though he had availability. The hotel pool and sauna was closed due to renovations. The hot waffles advertised were frozen waffles that you put in the toaster to warm up. The second morning there wasn't enough hot water. We will not stay there again.

Wow, the front desk clerk was completely disinterested in customer service. The rooms have a fridge and microwave, but no coffee maker (except in the suites). The fridge was almost cool (certainly not cold). Etc.

We were very impressed by the nice lady that was there when we checked in on the evening of the 11th. She was very courteous and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The same could not be said for the staff on hand the next morning. They were very slow to respond at the desk and acted very put out when they were asked for help or information.

Nothing. Hotel staff, cleanliness.

We've been to many many cheap motels across the US and this was The Best handicapped equipped room we've ever been in!

Staff was very nice and even when my daughter's apartment was not ready she was able to stay with us a couple of nights at no extra charge. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good as well plus a good continental breakfast.

The staff was not willing to help us in ways that would have made a huge difference to us.

Dirty walls, stained, dirty carpets, don't know how to make beds, breakfast with day old donuts, bad.

It was an OK motel. I have stayed in worse and I have stayed in better but it was good for the cost.

Location was perfect for visiting grandchildren. Breakfast could have been a little bigger. There was no fruit.

Dear Friend, If you ever have the need to stay in Lehi UT. I would suggest that you stay in any hotel other than the DAYS INN. It was the worst experience of all of our hotel experiences. Upon check-in it took three rooms before we finally they found one that we could stay in. Room # 1 had not been cleaned from the day/night before and the entry lock did not work. It was unlocked all of the time. Room # 2 was relatively clean but the air conditioner sounded like it had marbles rolling around inside. Room # 3 the clerk wouldn't even take us into. Room # 4 was the family suite and the sheets had spots on them. It had two beds and a noisy air conditionier but much quieter than Room 2. Anyway, I voiced our dissatisfaction to the manager and he just shrugged it off as to say O-well. I have stayed at other Days Inn hotels and they were just fine.

Internet access. Microwave didn't work, pillows were flat, toilet wasn't clean on the first night. Rooms were good size, liked having a fridge and microwave.

Nothing. Cleanliness, other guests drinking and smoking in public places. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! I left and found another hotel. The hotel was not clean.

Nothing. Everything, it was not at all what I expected. I wouldn't recommend taking a star off of this hotels rating. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There was dust, dirt and dirty linens in the room. They didn't supply any toilet paper. We were yelled. I have never stayed in a worse hotel and I have family in the hotel industry. This was in one word a dump!
Date of Stay:

Nothing. Dirty, bad management. I will never stay at this hotel again. In fact, it is unlikely I will use Days Inn again. The facility is dirty, hot and the non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The breakfast is a joke.
