myself and my family went on a family vacation and we were excited until we got to the room. we use [...] all the time for travel either myself or my girlfriend. well this is the second time that i have chosen days inn and it was a disaster. i got to the room and it was not very clean,it was very small, the beds were hard. my family had to squeeze in the room and we couldn't even bring all of our things in the room. they had roaches so i had to shake everything before leaving. the pool was small so no big crowds. it looks like one of the motels that people live in. they leave their things by the pool and leave like it's their room. i overall don't think that we and my family will use the service again. oh wait then i give the maid my towels and she never comes back with new towels. they said they had to wash them when we finally found someone they said we will get them to you. to my suprise no one came back so i had to go to the front desk 5 hours later to get some. not a mean person but this was a family vacation that i care to remember.
