The hotel is a great value for business lay overs for the money and what you get.

Comfortable for overnight stay. Had to call someone so we could check in. Hotel is fine. We did not notice the sign to call a number for a desk clerk to show up. Never knew such a thing existed.

Checked in at 11:00 PM, went to Casino's and got back to room at 2 AM. At about 4 am people were trying to get into our room (with room key). They got front desk clerk and sh tried to get in as well. We opend the door and told her room was occupied. She said the room was supposed to be vacant (she wasn't apologizing, she was mad at us for being in this room). About 15 minutes later she called the room and demanded to know my name and why I was in this room instead of the room I was supposed to be in. (I was in the room the other desk clerk had given me the key for.) I was unable to get back to sleep, I got up early, asked to speak to the manager, but he was off. I called the next day and was instructed to call another number. Tried the web site, but after writing an in depth description of problems, the site rejected what I wrote because I used unacceptable characters. I finally got in touch with manager who determined that since I checked in at 11:00 and checked out at 8:00 only half of my stay was disturbed so he only refunded half of my room rate. I stay in hotels about 1 or 2 nights/week for business and without exception the managers of those other hotels say they would at least refund me the whole room. (most say they would give me complimentary nights or dinner or something else) I won't stay at this or any other Days Inn until they improve their customer service.

Continental breakfast. Location. The room was pleasant and clean, the desk clerk was very friendly but the maids not so much.

Location to highway. Cleanliness was poor. Hotel was not a clean place to stay.

Convenient location, quiet, had a friendly staff. Could be updated. It was fine. No frills. Served the purpose for a business overnight stay and it was quiet and in and conveniently located to my appointment.

Pet friendly. The room was not very clean and the entrances, stairways, etc. had not been vacuumed in a very, very long time. The hotel location was fine, they had a decent continental breakfast, etc. It just wasn't very clean.
